“This was my first time purchasing on Papier and my experience has been 10/10. I made a mistake with my order, so I contacted customer support and they were extremely quick to respond and so helpful. I spoke to Josh which was so kind! I’ll definitely purchase there again.”

“Looks like the exact notebook I was looking for! The designs are gorgeous and I love the customise option. The price slightly on the higher side I just hope when it arrives I won't be disappointed. Can't wait to have them as I've ordered two🙈🥰”

“What an astoundingly client service oriented company - and with a beautiful and elegant product line too! All but one of my custom orders were delivered before Christmas (to great fan fare from family and friends!) and the wonderful Ellie promptly resolved the one order outstanding. No fault of Papier that it could not be delivered but Ellie still came to my rescue. A fabulous experience with a wonderful company.”

“I ordered a personalized planner and once it was delivered, I loved the color but wasn’t happy with the layout. I emailed Papier for some sort of refund and Steph in customer service was so helpful and professional! Thank you so much papier”

“Really excellent service from Steph at Papier. I ordered a notebook as a Christmas present for my wife and chose not to customise it. Unfortunately I didn't delete the default text and we discovered this only on Christmas Day. I emailed to ask if I could have the notebook replaced and got a reply from Steph on Boxing Day (!) to say I'd been refunded and inviting me to place a new order. It doesn't get better than that. Many thanks.”

“I ordered the color-block Papier planner. Within all of the pictures showing the planner open, they pictured it as a lay-flat planner. This was extremely misleading as it is far from that with arching pages that you have to hold down to write. After reaching out to customer service, I was basically greeted with a "sorry boutcha" with no reconciliation to make things right. I now have a planner that is unusable for an already steep price point. I never write reviews but hope that nobody else falls for this as I have.”

Our hardcover books are sewn and then glued onto the cover page at the spine, so they open freely. However, these are not lay flat books. “Beautiful planner and quality of paper. I love to run my fingers over both. My *only* suggestion for the weekly planner is to include and extra week. The planner currently has four weeks worth of planning per month but some months have five weeks within them (December being one of them). Other than that, I love the layout and design and feel it will actually help keep me focused on my goals. I also appreciate the copious amount of space for notes on each page.”

“I found Papier over a year ago while searching for a nice planner, which I ended up loving. This year I ordered another and decided to also get my wedding invitation suite through Papier. I absolutely loved how they turned out. The quality of their products is unmatched and their customer support is so very helpful. I would definitely recommend this company to my family and friends.”

“I was very excited about ordering two personalized items as Christmas gifts this year. However upon receiving the items I'm now embarrassed to be gifting them. Both of my items arrived with the title and personalization off center, one much more so than the other. The covers and designs aren't nearly as nice in reality compared to the website. The paper inside seems like a decent quality, but I'm extremely disappointed with the outside covers. Having the title centered should be a basic requirement. The items now look cheap which was the opposite of my intention for these gifts. I'm glad I got these on sale, but even so, the price point indicated a higher quality. If it wasn't so close to Christmas I would be expecting a complete reprint with expedited shipping at no cost.”

“Very poor quality. I chose this service because I thought it would make an excellent present. When it arrived the frame was a cheap finish, the photos were not printed on good quality paper and the frame had clear perspex instead of glass. The whole thing cost me £79 quid which was really expenses given the cheapness of the materials. On the back it said it was handcrafted! Handcrafted with poor materials ! I had to take the piece to my local framer who has now put in proper glass and given the photos a mount, this cost an extra £20 so the whole thing has cost me nearly 100 pounds. In my opinion this is the worst present I have bought this year, the workmanship is shoddy and cheap materials are being passed off as quality. Thank goodness for my local framer who saved the day and improved what was a very poorly produced piece. I was so upset when it arrived I nearly threw it in the bin... :(”

“Beautifully made notebooks, fast delivery (including personalised items), very happy, would recommend and definitely buy again. Didn't take a photo of the personalised notebook because it was so beautifully wrapped by Papier that I didn't want to ruin it - so took a photo of the notebooks which I cannot wait to start using - love a to do list!”

“I got the “Joy” bullet journal. I love bullet journaling and wanted to try a different company, but I am disappointed with the paper quality for the price paid. It is 85gsm paper, which is advertised, but I didn’t think it would be as bad as it is. It bleeds through with Crayola Supertips, and almost every pen I tried. For the same price ($36) I got an Amanda Rach Lee bullet journal with 160gsm paper, and it comes with a lot more (an elastic, a pen holder, and two place holder tabs). I won’t purchase from here again due to the quality for the price. I get that it is customizable, but for me personally, I would prefer better paper quality that being able to have my name on the exterior. I’m the video you can see that even yellow bleeds through, and I shook the paper in both of my journals, and you can hear the cheapness of the Papier journal compared to the Amanda Rach Lee.”
