“Really disappointed with the Scorpio notebook. It was £28 and looks far cheaper. Looks like something you’d get for less than £10. I don’t usually write a review unless good but this was so overpriced for the quality of what arrived. Very disappointed as it’s a gift for someone.”

“Placed an order for stationery. Cards came in with faded ink, peeling and bent corners, thin font, uneven borders, off-center cut, and the navy ink from the backs of the cards rubbed off onto the white front of the card right underneath it, so each card looks dirty. These cards were purchased for professionals but these are very unprofessional and will not be used. I have contacted customer service four times and their best offer is replacing the cards with blank cards, since they are obviously having issues with their ink, or offering a 25% refund, even though 100% of the cards were negatively affected. What a mess! I highly recommend shopping anywhere else.”

“Saw a potential problem with my delivery. Emailed at 9pm at night just so I didn’t forget to do it tomorrow and received a reply within minutes from Tia confirming delivery would be as expected. Very impressed with such prompt and helpful customer service.”

“I order an item for next day delivery on the 11th of October and got an email saying my item would be delivered by the 14th. It is now the 17th and I haven’t received anything. I cannot even track the item. I ordered this item early enough for me to gift it in time for the persons birthday and now it will arrive too late? This is unacceptable and a big shame as now I no longer have a card for the person.”

“When I received my personalised planners there were some faults with them due to the writing I had used and what was displayed on the screen. I contacted Papier and Ellen resolved my issue in less than 24 hours, she was very understanding and efficient. My account was credited (allowing me to replace my planners at no extra cost). It's great to know that the staff are caring and supportive when there is an issue with an order.”

“I made an order on a Saturday night but made a slight mistake. Was able to WhatsApp (although didn’t think I would hear back as it was a weekend) and someone got back to me within an hour and was able to cancel my order, apply a credit so I could re order! So pleased with this amazing service, even on a Saturday night!! Thank you!”

“We are a small stationery brand called Rama Publishing based in London. I met their head designer during a panel where she was supposed to mentor me. At the end of our 10 minutes together she asked me if she could keep our Daily Review Planner and our gold brass pen holder. I then never heard from her which is fine but then to my horror, they are selling an identical version. So identical that a lawyer said our case had merit. Avoid at all costs!”

“I bought a hardcover bullet journal from Papier at the beginning of the year and am using it for this academic year starting this past June. I have been using bullet journals as my yearly agendas for about 5 years now and have used multiple leuctturm notebooks and an Ottergami notebook previously (both of which were top tier quality). I will, for my purposes, I will not be using a Papier journal again next year. The pages are noticeably thinner/see through and the hardcover is not necessarily built to withstand the backpack of a university student -- the corners of mine have been showing wear and deteriorating since probably a month or 2 into consistent use. That said, I do plan to keep using this bullet journal throughout the rest of the year, as it does the job well enough (which is saying something coming from a picky bullet journaler). I will say, I still love this website! Customer service, shipping, packaging, selection -- all incredible. Everything is so cute, and the products are great for both gifts and maybe other types of personal notebooks. Simply for my specific purposes, there are better quality/worth journals that will not physically wear down on you within even a year of use. (So I based my rating specifically according to bullet journal use comparisons)”

“ADDITIONAL POSTAGE REQUIRED FOR SQUARE CARDS! This should be noted on their cards that won't go through the mail using normal stamps. We bought the square card set for our wedding thank yous and chose to upgrade to Papier to have good quality cards, which they are, but they cost $1.44 each to mail. This is not noted anywhere on the product page and it would be good information to have as everyone is trying to make their own budget decisions. For perspective, our $200 order of cards was already a lot, but worth it, and now we have $100 more to pay for postage.”

“I know nothing about paper/books or whatever but it seems really high quality and the pages feel super soft while the cover feels super sturdy & with such a cute design!, AND it’s customisable??? So cute! The shipping was super quick and it arrived in perfect condition!, super happy with my order & would order again :)!”
