The planner came quickly and I liked that I could personalise it but the poor quality of the paper is really disappointing. It’s so thin like tracing paper you can see all the text from the other side of the page :( because of this I wouldn’t recommend

I made a mistake with my order and I received a reply from Steph at customer service within half an hour of my email. She gave me amazing support and helped me to resolve the issue very quickly with no hesitance or trouble. The customer service is outstanding and so quick and easy. I 100% recommend the products aswell the diaries I have purchased are of excellent quality and always perfectly personalised making them a great gift. I use my academic diary every day and will not hesitate to repurchase another for next year.

I bought a pocket full of thoughts sticky notes and a planner. The planner is fine. I wish each month calendar would be right before it's respective weekly spread. This layout isn't as functional. It's pretty though and feels good quality, but Ill probably go back to moleskin after this one is all filled up. The sticky notes are terrible. They don't stick very well but the pouch is cute.

I love the design of these planners; the illustrations are so classic and elegant. My only trouble has been the layout because they are organized by category (monthly calendar, monthly goals, then each week) and I believe I could get so much more use out of them if they were organized by month, such as having a January monthly calendar, goals, and weekly layout, then repeat for February etc. Otherwise, I tend to just still to weekly planning pages for ease of use because it's difficult to keep flipping around.

This is my first time shopping at Papier and I am absolutely blown away by the excellence being delivered. I'm a doll collector and at this point I have around 20 dolls but Henry, this lil' man has a special place in my heart. He'll be 1 in less than a month (he came home on 6 Dec 2021) so I wanted something special to mark this occasion. Long story short I discovered Papier, found the photo book, uploaded (the 30 of around 700) photos and boom, Papier presented me with the perfect photo book. The book arrived safely and itself is of exceptional quality. Inside pages are fantastic as well, I can't describe in words how perfectly it houses the photos so please see the pics - also in the pics is Henry himself. Thank you Papier, I can't be more happy with this book 💙

OK. But for the price I'd expect more. I like the layout of the diary, but my biro was running through to the next page. The finish of the cover is not high, quiet plastic, again I'd expect more for the money and I expect it won't look good for the whole year.

I love Papier notebooks and will continue to buy them, but I HATE the Classic Rollerball Pen. I purchased it because it was adorable but it stopped working two days after I purchased it. It also skipped when I wrote (the ink didn't always come out well). I thought it was a dud and purchased refills. They also skip terribly. The only way it writes well is if the pen is held EXACTLY upright - no angle at all. Which is very awkward and not at all a normal way to hold a pen. Unfortunate as its a pretty pen.

I made a photo book and was really excited to open it on arrival, only to be really disappointed. The quality of the pages and the photos was really quite poor. The colors looked dull and washed out. Not sure if it was because of the paper? Or the colors. I don't think it's the photos because they were high res. If they weren't high enough quality, I would have expected the photo book software to tell me. The paper is not what I was expecting at all. I used to do iPhoto books and the pages were kind of glossy and the photos were sharp and the colors bright. I'm sad to say that this photo book I made as a gift for my husband looks pretty lame. It definitely does not meet my expectations. Bummed because I was thinking I'd make a bunch more photo books on Papier as Christmas gifts since I'd figured out the photo book system.

I ordered the 2023 planner in the style wonder and the shipping was great. However, the paper is thin and all my pens bleed through making it hard to read any page. I ordered a new planner through another company—bummed that this was customized and didn’t work out. Will not recommend this planner due to the paper quality.

I used Papier for my wedding invitations, guest book and thank you cards. The styles they offered were great -- none of the tacky things you see on many sites -- the quality of the paper was great. However, I hit multiple hiccups in the ordering and delivery process. (1) The sample/proof arrived really beat up, (2) Making and changing edits on the website was a little glitchy, (3) I tried to use a coupon, the system wouldn't accept it and the company wouldn't honor it the following day, (4) the invitations arrived with only 100 of the 150 I purchased! Throughout the process, the customer service staff was helpful and responded relatively quickly. They're a great stationary company but need some work to become a quality fulfillment company.

The customer service at Papier is excellent! After ordering some personalised Thankyou cards for delivery to Australia, I was concerned when they hadn’t arrived on the day quoted. My enquiry was dealt with promptly by Ellie and was sorted for me with a very generous outcome. My cards are beautiful quality and I highly recommend Ellie’s customer service.

Really disappointed with the Scorpio notebook. It was £28 and looks far cheaper. Looks like something you’d get for less than £10. I don’t usually write a review unless good but this was so overpriced for the quality of what arrived. Very disappointed as it’s a gift for someone.

Placed an order for stationery. Cards came in with faded ink, peeling and bent corners, thin font, uneven borders, off-center cut, and the navy ink from the backs of the cards rubbed off onto the white front of the card right underneath it, so each card looks dirty. These cards were purchased for professionals but these are very unprofessional and will not be used. I have contacted customer service four times and their best offer is replacing the cards with blank cards, since they are obviously having issues with their ink, or offering a 25% refund, even though 100% of the cards were negatively affected. What a mess! I highly recommend shopping anywhere else.

Saw a potential problem with my delivery. Emailed at 9pm at night just so I didn’t forget to do it tomorrow and received a reply within minutes from Tia confirming delivery would be as expected. Very impressed with such prompt and helpful customer service.

I order an item for next day delivery on the 11th of October and got an email saying my item would be delivered by the 14th. It is now the 17th and I haven’t received anything. I cannot even track the item. I ordered this item early enough for me to gift it in time for the persons birthday and now it will arrive too late? This is unacceptable and a big shame as now I no longer have a card for the person.

Papier is my go to for cards, today there was an issue with delivery of a product. After raising a concern I was emailed back promptly and everything was handled brilliantly by Ellie on customer services. Nice to see that Papier’s customer service matches their great product -will definitely use again

Got all my wedding stationery from Papier - the design are beautiful and easy to personalise, and arrived quickly every time. When I had an issue with my order Papier customer service were really quick to respond and resolve it - couldn't recommend more!
