“Absolutely incredible service! I made a mistake on my cards and they credited me back the full anoint immediately so I could reorder them. Ellie from customer service was so kind and helpful, she responded to me straight away and within 5 minutes the whole issue was solved. I am now a customer for life here!! Highly recommend. The cards are stunning too!”

“I love my academic planner! It is so helpful when keeping track of my busy schedule. The other thing I don't like is the number of deadline pages. It's only week 4 of my semester and I've already used 1.5 out of 3 pages. However, I still love it and get so many compliments!”

“I bought a notebook and pen prior to joining, as I had never heard of the company before. I was so impressed with the customer service I received even before my product arrived that I joined up and became a member. I can only thank Ellie from customer service from being such an amazing help.”

“The planners are so cute!! The only thing I don't love is that the paper is very thin so there is some ghosting happening when I write in it. I haven't had a pen actually bleed through the paper yet, so I can live with it. Also it got delivered a week early which was a great surprise”

“this company is seriously amazing. I have been using them for years... this is the place I buy gifts for my family, friends and myself. the quality is just soo good and the designs are just unique. I'm back to be a student now.. so with my first discount I made a huge order!! I'm obsessed... I just hope they can make pocket notebooks not only diaries :)”

“I ordered a customized planner that although I was notified has shipped, had never shipped via the carrier. Customer service was helpful in sending me a replacement, but then the replacement arrived with a huge dent in the middle of the hard cover (that can’t be fixed mind you because it’s a hard cover book). This happened with someone else below, too. When inquiring for a refund I was offered only 25% back of my paid amount for my customized planner. While the page layout of the academic planner is great and my main motivation to order it, the quality of product is much lower than I had anticipated.”

“Purchased after 5* customer service through the online chat from Sophia. She was polite and incredibly helpful helping me design my notebook to look identical to my others as requested. She was dedicated to helping which resulted in my purchasing my 5th notebook from Papier. 100% recommend.”

“My rollerball pen was such a disappointment. It could barely write, couldn’t leave a smooth line, and seemed like it was out of ink even though it was brand new. The mid year planner is organized in a way that seems illogical to me, with the monthly calendar for all months at the front followed by the weekly calendars. All of my previous planners have been organized by month, with each month’s calendar followed by the weekly calendars for that month. The whole thing is so pretty, but not functional and overpriced. I spent a lot of money on two pens, a planner, a notebook, and two pen clips, and I am disappointed.”

“I ordered an item which was refunded as it was out of stock and they didn’t know when it was coming back in. I asked if they could let me know when the item was back in stock. Sure enough I got an email to let me know and a £3.50 credit for delivery. I ordered the item straight away. Amazing customer service!”

“Received my academic planner today, the book itself is lovely and I really like the layouts and design. Delivery was quick. The only reason I have not given it 5 stars is because you can see through the pages, which I personally find distracting.”

“I was super excited to get my customized planner in the mail but I am disappointed now that there’s a huge dent right in the center top. That middle section was covered in packaging so i can’t image that’s when it was dented even though the sides are also messed up and dented. Papier should really reconsider their shipping packaging. Would not be purchasing another $36 planner from this company again. I expected more for the cost.”

“I had ordered a planner two weeks before college classes had started, which was planned to arrive shortly after, just in time for classes. After my estimated arrival date, I checked the tracking and the date kept changing to a later date, every single day. At this point, I emailed support explaining how my package had failed to arrive. Eventually, they said they could send a replacement, however I was already two weeks into classes at this point. (and two weeks without planner I should have at this time.) They failed to offer expedited shipping, so I asked for a refund. I do not recommend this company. Apparently it happened often, and support didn't seem too concerned.”

“I ordered the academic year planner & i LOVE it. cant recommend enough. the paper is so nice & i love the formatting so much. my one & only complaint - the deadlines section :/ i was super excited for this part, but it only has room for 36 deadlines. in comparison, im taking 15 hours right now & have 167 deadlines.. overall i still love it, but there is some room for improvement :)”

“I have loved Papier for a long time, which is why we ordered our daughter's wedding invitations from them. My daughter purchased the invitations from the Papier UK website. When I was checking our bank account, I noticed that we were charged double for a single order. Since we live in the U.S., I spoke to someone via live chat to explain what happened. I provided my order number to the customer service representative who told me that there was only one charge on their end, even though I explained that our credit card account had been charged twice. He then told me I needed to provide "evidence" that my credit card was charged twice. I did as he asked and he miraculously was then able to see where they charged my account twice. The representative then told me that we would receive a refund for the duplicate charge but when I checked my account, it showed the pending refund but not for the full amount that they charged. This was their screw up, not mine and somehow, for some reason, I'm not getting the full refund. I will never order from this company again. This entire experience left me feeling like I was being scammed by Papier UK.”

When you try to make a purchase and the transaction fails, the bank will sometimes hold the funds as pending while they wait for the transaction to go through. As soon as the bank realises the transaction has failed, the funds will be returned to your account. “I’m blown away at what I received today. I ordered these for myself but I know I’ll be getting more from Papier in the future for gifts. Such an easy way to make a gift very personal. I’m a huge Taylor Swift fan and wanted some new journals, and given how emotional the process of journaling can be I wanted to have a little fun with the personalization (it’s a dark humour…). They look so perfect, and I loved the process of choosing what to use as the cover quote.”

“I was incredibly disappointed by the academic planner. I'm a college student, I bought a planner for myself and one for a friend, for her graduation. I've use other planner brands in the past and liked them so I wanted to splurge a little. The layout of these planners don't really work for me, the schedule isn't big enough and the location of full months vs weeks feels weird, but those are just personal issues. What really bothers me is the quality. 2 weeks into using it and the bookmark ribbon is falling apart. I like using color in my planners but even just a highlighter will bleed through these pages. I've tried a variety of pens and they've all been able to be seen through the pages. On the weekly pages there are little faces to color in depending on how the week went- which is such a great idea- but the first time I went to color it in (with a light colored highlighter) it both smudged the face and bled through to the next page. Genuinely wanted to love these planners but not likely I'll buy again. (Attaching images of the ink bleeding through)”
