“I love Papier products! I discovered this wonderful company about two years ago and have made regular purchases ever since. As a self-confessed stationery addict, I am like a kid in a candy store whenever I pop onto the Papier website, and I love the fact that so much of their beautiful stationery is customisable. The customer support is also fantastic. I recently made a typo on a customised order, but luckily realised my error quite quickly and was able to contact Papier via WhatsApp to alert them and very helpful member of their team called Sian responded within minutes and I was able to amend my order with no hassle. Fantastic products and amazing customer support.”

“I got the Le Classique planner and it's adorable! I just wish it came in more colors than just pink with red accents. It would be great to see it in blue, green, yellow and more. Other than that, it's adorable”

“I love that I was able to personalize my academic planner cover and it turned out beautiful. The only reason for 4/5 stars is due to the layout of the pages in the planner. The current layout places all the month ahead and all the monthly overview spreads in the front of the book. Weekly spreads begin after these approximately halfway through the book. Organizing “the month ahead” and “monthly overview” directly in front of that month’s weekly spreads makes more sense chronologically. Alternatively, access to how the agenda is laid out (possibly with an interactive flip through online version) would have been useful to review before ordering. Delivery was faster than expected and thoughtfully packaged.”

“I would rate this 0 stars if I could. My order arrived damaged and the customer service team was unwilling to give a full refund for the product. Pictures were sent that they did not fully address other than saying they were sorry. The fault was as a result of their packaging materials, so why would I want to pay and order another product from them? So I could get another damaged planner? For such a pricy planner especially for a student it really sucks that it’s completely dented and that the company was willing to do so little about it. I did tell them how the damage was as a result of their packaging and they didn’t care at all, didn’t even address the message. I absolutely will not be ordering from them again, and would not recommend their products to anybody else.”

“I ordered the beautiful Corn Flower academic planner. The cover is fantastic and so are the contents inside. I was really hoping that for the price the paper would be a lot nicer quality. It is completely see through and disappointed me on arrival. I saw this company on an Instagram add where they were able to use pen and highlighter, but with this paper only pencil will prevent bleed through/ seeing it on the other page. Otherwise a fine product.”

“Ellie helped me amend an order i had placed. i didn’t like the design i had chose and wanted to see if i could replace it with a different planner style. ellie was able to provide me with account credit to purchase my new planner free of charge. Ellie was incredibly understanding of my situation and i was able to have a new planner ordered within 20 minutes of emailing the Papier team.”

“I ordered the Papier Pen, which is super cute, but writes extremely poorly. It's gritty and the ink doesn't flow evenly, so it's like the pen is running out of ink. For the price, I was really disappointed.”

“Better lay out than most, for me at least. More of what I need and less of what I don't. Still some fields I would like are missing, but a good diary planner. The price is pretty hefty though for something that only lasts three months, and I'll have to consider whether I buy it again. If I bought this for a year with postage it's two to three times more expensive than other planners. I may end up just buying a blank diary and creating my own fields as I go.”

“What Wonderful customer service which is so rare these days. A Prompt resolution to a delivery issue, that wasn’t their mistake. Took ownership and resolved the problem without me having to guide them through “ the customer is always right” handbook, not to mention having to give them a lesson on how to do their job. lit was a Seamless experience, with a delivery issue, that they took care of although not their mistake. Breath of fresh air not having to micro- manage the situation and didn’t have to ask or tell Melissa what I wanted, she knew exactly what was the right thing to do and took care of it immediately. It is so refreshing to be able to give a great review to a company in regards to their amazing customer service, their products speak for themselves, but always nice to know how companies handle problems when they do arise, as they do. Thank you again. I Can’t wait to see her planner, it will be her first college product. I can’t wait to look at your website and try to get myself organized. Thank you again for all of your help. “I bought the minimalist hardback photo book for a 25th birthday present and I was really unimpressed with the quality of the printing. The images did not come out how they looked on my computer when I was putting it together. Having paid £38 I expected a much higher quality.”

“My close friend gave me a personalised mid year diary last year and I was delighted with it. Having photos of my dog on my diary made the daily grind of work a much happier and brighter experience! So this year I couldn’t wait to create a new one myself. The website was so easy to use. When I received my diary there was a slight difficulty. I emailed papier and I received a swift personalised email from Steph. She immediately dealt with the issue and gave me reassurance that it would be sorted without any difficulty. The personalised email reply was much appreciated as I am often finding that most companies now use unhelpful automated standard replies. My new remedied diary arrived very quickly thereafter and it is perfect. I love it. I have been so impressed with papier (product & service) that I will most certainly use them again and recommend to family and friends. I am already looking forward to next years diary but I do hope I will use papier well before then. Thank you papier.”

“Ordered a Mini Photo book with baby's first year memories as a gift for grandparents. Was so excited to see the album, but it paled when I opened it. Surprise surprise - pictures are not printed on photo paper, not even matte photo paper. The output looks like someone printed the pictures on a home printer using regular sheets. I would have readily paid a bit more to get the best quality. Really disappointed for what has been paid for versus what was expected.”
