“I love Papier mid-year planners. And here's why. This summer marks my 3rd year purchasing and using their planners. Before Papier, I would buy a planner, use it for a month, and then forget all about it. But since I started buying their customizable, gorgeous, hardcover planners - I have not stopped! I do find it a bit difficult to carry the larger size around with me all the time so this year I switched to the smaller version. I love it just as much. For the past week I have taken it with me everywhere. It fits so well in my purse and I feel pretty cool when I pull out that cute little hardcover book with my name printed on the gorgeous cover that I picked from their huge selection. Now here's why I love Papier even more this year and decided to write a review. My newest journal arrived with some quality issues, which I have never experienced before. I contacted their customer service, fully expecting a mediocre exchange. I documented the issues and let them know what I would like to do about the problem. I received a prompt response with an offer to go above and beyond what my expectations were! So... 5 stars to Papier. I love them and look forward to many more years of being a customer.”

“I received a guest book today and it was absolutely beautiful and just what we wanted. The quality, time it took to arrive and price was great. It has a slight defect (ink marks) so I spoke to Ellie from customer service who went above and beyond to issue me a replacement. It has also been fast tracked so it arrives in time. Despite the defect (these things happen) I will definitely be recommending Papier and ordering again in the future.”

“They give you exactly what you want! So many ways to customize (and think outside the box, you don't have to just put your name)! I'm constantly blown away by the high quality of their products and care put into packaging everything. I am definitely a paper person and am pretty particular about things, but I have NO complaints with this company and love referring them to my friends (and anyone who asks about my planner/notebook/stationary/pen/etc. they're just so so wonderful!). Also, I used them for all of my wedding stationary needs (I also used a mid-year planner as my non-traditional guest book so everyone signs on their birthday which everyone LOVES). Everything also arrives (at least for me in SC, USA) much faster than anticipated which is wonderful. I really cannot speak highly enough of Papier!”

I'm sorry to hear you were disappointed in the size of your Papier mid-year diary. All the mid-year diaries we offer are A5 in size (153mm x 215mm). “Envelopes so cheap you can read the letter without even opening! I would throw them away had I not paid for return address printing….printing that looks like it’s just times new Roman 🙄”

“I ordered my photo-book quite late and asked if the order could be expedited as it was for my daughter’s 30th birthday.. To my delight it was and it was delivered to her on her birthday. The service from Papier is second to none and the quality of the product is 5*. I would 100% recommended this company if you want excellent customer service and high quality products *****”

“I was very excited for this order but I have unfortunately been let down by the product. I have ordered the daily planner and I will say that the outer part of the planner is beautiful and even the set up of each page is very well organised. However, the paper is so thin that you can see the page behind it even without any writing making it very hard to have an organised page when you can see straight through. Additionally, once I have written on the pages you can see straight through and it gives the whole thing a very messy, unorganised feel since everything bleeds through. It is just unfortunate - for the price I would've thought it would be thicker paper and I would not purchase again due to this. I will say, if you are not bothered by seeing through the pages then I doubt you would find anything wrong with this product!”

I'm sorry to hear you weren't 100% happy with your Daily Planner. Although you can use fountain pens for our products, you may see the ink on the other side of the paper slightly, so it may be best to use a lighter or finer pen for this. “I bought a notebook a couple of months ago, and have been using it every day since. The pages are a nice quality and the design is nice, however it doesn't hold up that well with consistent use. It is easily damaged, the corners of the covers start coming up and the pages discolour easily. Great for a notebook that is used occasionally, but wouldn't recommend it as an every day one.”
