“Ellie helped me amend an order i had placed. i didn’t like the design i had chose and wanted to see if i could replace it with a different planner style. ellie was able to provide me with account credit to purchase my new planner free of charge. Ellie was incredibly understanding of my situation and i was able to have a new planner ordered within 20 minutes of emailing the Papier team.”

“I ordered the Papier Pen, which is super cute, but writes extremely poorly. It's gritty and the ink doesn't flow evenly, so it's like the pen is running out of ink. For the price, I was really disappointed.”

“Better lay out than most, for me at least. More of what I need and less of what I don't. Still some fields I would like are missing, but a good diary planner. The price is pretty hefty though for something that only lasts three months, and I'll have to consider whether I buy it again. If I bought this for a year with postage it's two to three times more expensive than other planners. I may end up just buying a blank diary and creating my own fields as I go.”

“What Wonderful customer service which is so rare these days. A Prompt resolution to a delivery issue, that wasn’t their mistake. Took ownership and resolved the problem without me having to guide them through “ the customer is always right” handbook, not to mention having to give them a lesson on how to do their job. lit was a Seamless experience, with a delivery issue, that they took care of although not their mistake. Breath of fresh air not having to micro- manage the situation and didn’t have to ask or tell Melissa what I wanted, she knew exactly what was the right thing to do and took care of it immediately. It is so refreshing to be able to give a great review to a company in regards to their amazing customer service, their products speak for themselves, but always nice to know how companies handle problems when they do arise, as they do. Thank you again. I Can’t wait to see her planner, it will be her first college product. I can’t wait to look at your website and try to get myself organized. Thank you again for all of your help. I just have a message saying “ Your item has been delivered to an agent for final delivery in SAINT CLOUD, FL 34772 on July 21, 2022 at 1:23 pm" .... so can you tell me where my order is??? Thanks”

“I bought the minimalist hardback photo book for a 25th birthday present and I was really unimpressed with the quality of the printing. The images did not come out how they looked on my computer when I was putting it together. Having paid £38 I expected a much higher quality.”

“My close friend gave me a personalised mid year diary last year and I was delighted with it. Having photos of my dog on my diary made the daily grind of work a much happier and brighter experience! So this year I couldn’t wait to create a new one myself. The website was so easy to use. When I received my diary there was a slight difficulty. I emailed papier and I received a swift personalised email from Steph. She immediately dealt with the issue and gave me reassurance that it would be sorted without any difficulty. The personalised email reply was much appreciated as I am often finding that most companies now use unhelpful automated standard replies. My new remedied diary arrived very quickly thereafter and it is perfect. I love it. I have been so impressed with papier (product & service) that I will most certainly use them again and recommend to family and friends. I am already looking forward to next years diary but I do hope I will use papier well before then. Thank you papier.”

“Ordered a Mini Photo book with baby's first year memories as a gift for grandparents. Was so excited to see the album, but it paled when I opened it. Surprise surprise - pictures are not printed on photo paper, not even matte photo paper. The output looks like someone printed the pictures on a home printer using regular sheets. I would have readily paid a bit more to get the best quality. Really disappointed for what has been paid for versus what was expected.”

“I love Papier mid-year planners. And here's why. This summer marks my 3rd year purchasing and using their planners. Before Papier, I would buy a planner, use it for a month, and then forget all about it. But since I started buying their customizable, gorgeous, hardcover planners - I have not stopped! I do find it a bit difficult to carry the larger size around with me all the time so this year I switched to the smaller version. I love it just as much. For the past week I have taken it with me everywhere. It fits so well in my purse and I feel pretty cool when I pull out that cute little hardcover book with my name printed on the gorgeous cover that I picked from their huge selection. Now here's why I love Papier even more this year and decided to write a review. My newest journal arrived with some quality issues, which I have never experienced before. I contacted their customer service, fully expecting a mediocre exchange. I documented the issues and let them know what I would like to do about the problem. I received a prompt response with an offer to go above and beyond what my expectations were! So... 5 stars to Papier. I love them and look forward to many more years of being a customer.”

“I received a guest book today and it was absolutely beautiful and just what we wanted. The quality, time it took to arrive and price was great. It has a slight defect (ink marks) so I spoke to Ellie from customer service who went above and beyond to issue me a replacement. It has also been fast tracked so it arrives in time. Despite the defect (these things happen) I will definitely be recommending Papier and ordering again in the future.”

“They give you exactly what you want! So many ways to customize (and think outside the box, you don't have to just put your name)! I'm constantly blown away by the high quality of their products and care put into packaging everything. I am definitely a paper person and am pretty particular about things, but I have NO complaints with this company and love referring them to my friends (and anyone who asks about my planner/notebook/stationary/pen/etc. they're just so so wonderful!). Also, I used them for all of my wedding stationary needs (I also used a mid-year planner as my non-traditional guest book so everyone signs on their birthday which everyone LOVES). Everything also arrives (at least for me in SC, USA) much faster than anticipated which is wonderful. I really cannot speak highly enough of Papier!”

I'm sorry to hear you were disappointed in the size of your Papier mid-year diary. All the mid-year diaries we offer are A5 in size (153mm x 215mm).
