“Excellent quality photos. I personally found the process of uploading the photos a bit tricky to begin with but I’m not tech savvy. I would have like more page layout option too as I wasn’t able to include some photos as they didn’t fit in some of the layouts. That said I’m very pleased with the final product. This is the second time I’ve used papier and would use them again.”

“I love these planners but I miss the feature of having the to do list on the weekly over view and the schedule under the to do list. It is satisfying checking off rhinos every day. The academic planners last year had them so I was a bit disappointed this one didn’t. Other than that I love these planners and I take mine with me everywhere. Theyer quite durable.”

“I ordered a guest book from Papier for our wedding this summer. I mistakenly put '2021' on the guest book instead of '2022' - I caught the mistake when it was delivered. I reached out to Papier to ask if there was any way to resolve the issue. Within a matter of hours, customer service (Steph) provided me with a full credit to order another guest book. I was really impressed with the customer service that was provided quickly so I could order another guest book with the right date!”

“I ordered a custom-printed notebook and accidentally had a typo for the embossed letters on the front cover, and the customer service team was phenomenal to work with. Sian, who I interacted with, was timely and pleasant, and at the end of it they were gracious enough to refund my order and help get a new notebook (without a typo) to me. Also, their products are phenomenal!”

“My order came and none of the photos were in the right position or even close to how I’d created it on the site. Not even the front cover. I’m really unhappy with it. I spent a long time compiling photos and placing them in the book for it to arrive and look terrible.”

“Love Papier journals! The only wellness journal I buy. Not only because of the beautiful designs but the layout of the wellness journal is fantastic. Customer service is also great. I had an issue with the local delivery company and Papier fixed the problem the same day.”

“I bought a beautiful diary from Papier last year and it's a joy to look at every day. It's brilliant quality, beautiful, nicely set out and has everything you need from a diary. It's about to run out so I just went back to the website to choose my next diary and they have so many beautiful designs, I had to whittle it down from 41 of their 100 or so that I just loved, any of them would have been perfect. Anyway, I spent all day choosing my favourite design and in all the excitement (yes, I need to get a life), I ordered the non-foiled notebook version! I meant to get the foiled mid year diary. So I emailed them straight away and got a response back within a couple of business hours from Ellen, she was the best, she cancelled the order and instead of refunding and starting again she sent me a link to the right product and applied the credit to my account. I just LOVE this company. I'm totally going to use them in future to get beautiful, great quality, personalised gifts. One very happy customer here :)”

“I am over the moon with my new beautiful pocket diary! Better than expected. I had it personalised with photos and they look gorgeous. Puts smile on my face ever time I open my diary. It is a joy to own such a lovely piece of stationery in this digital age. A Pocket diary is a perfect size, like me if you don’t want a large diary and want to take it with you wherever you go yet it has lots of space to write in. Paper quality also is outstanding. The diary is very robust too, meaning it will withstand a year of constant handling. ( I have had lots of diaries falling apart halfway through the year!!) Highly recommended! I will definitely buy more 😊”
