“Customer service is STELLAR — Olivia was so helpful and kind. I picked up an undated planner which had super useful content (weekly overviews, habit trackers, goal reviews every 3 weeks) but the paper itself…not the quality I was expecting. The paper is very thin, so instead of using my nice pens, I have to use pencil. I LOVE my planner and use it every day, but the quality of the paper is disappointing. Just for that, I would want to give 4.5 stars, but since that’s not possible, 4 stars it is :(”

“such poor quality and no options for editing and when you upload a photo even though is not great quality it does not give you the option to go forward regardless it should say we dont recommend this photo as it might come out well they look dull and not bright as my original photos do not happy and will not use again i have other companies that have much better product”

“I've never had a journal before so wasn't sure how useful it would be but I love it. It has truly helped me focus and be more aware of what I need and how things effect me. Being able to reflect on different aspect each day is so helpful. I loved being able to pick from so many designs also. For how much it helps the price is amazing. Definitely recommend”

“My delivery was left on the doorstep in the pouring rain and was ruined! I contacted Royal Mail to complain (no reply) I contacted Papier and they immediately apologised and sent out two more journals. I couldn’t be happier with the service and the most beautiful journals which were gifts. Thank you so much Papier”

“I’m a big fan of Papier and I’ve bought cards several times and just taken delivery of my 3rd photo book. This one is for my younger daughter’s 40th Birthday, so there are some very old, poor quality photos. Generally Papier has done a great job reproducing them for me, however there are two or three where the image reproduced is less sharp/more blurred than the original photo and how it appeared to me when I was placing them on the page. In fairness they’re poor photos, so presumably this is a technical issue. However, on one page, there’s a border of my photo showing with a date and consequently the other photo alongside on that page is not aligned because of this border. This was clearly an error on my part as it obviously doesn’t look right and it would have been appreciated if someone had noticed this and contacted me to check whether this was intentional so it could be corrected. Can’t fault the speedy turn around time and delivery as always was bang on time. So in summary, although I’m a tad disappointed about a couple of things, generally the finished product is excellent and I’m quite happy.”
