“Feeling better - received poor quality stationary that was not printed correctly. Initially left poor review as I reached out per their website and not reply after 5 days when their website promised reply within a day. Disappointed as I received no return correspondence, but they did reship my order with the printing errors corrected. I only wish they had communicated before I took time to post a review and cancel the credit card transaction which I since reinstated.”

“I love Papier products and decided to use the service for my wedding invitations. I was trying to do something quite complicated and Sian walked me through the process, fixed a few glitches caused by my multiple email addresses. The invitations arrived quickly and are great.”

“Cards arrived misprinted. Borders were uneven. Wrote company and after a week no reply. Denied charge on credit card. Disappointed.”

“I originally bought a diary for my mum to write down all of her many appointments, the aesthetics of the diary are so nice and paper is of such high quality (sustainable too). I then bought myself a planner for school and i use it all of the time. Really love the designs and shipping is super quick too - no plastic used either ;)”

“The variety of beautiful cover designs is what caught my interest. I was searching for a undated daily planner with unfussy layouts. I loved the cover and layout, but it is not lay flat. In fact it seems to be anti-lay flat, as in I have to actively hold it down with both hands as I'm writing. This is very uncomfortable. It wants to be closed. It does not want to be opened and written in. I only used it for a few weeks, wasn't worth the daily battle.”

“Made 2 wedding albums for each of my sons. I'm not great at IT but soon managed to download photos and move them around the set formats. I am so pleased with both albums, it's lovely to look at the photos in a tactile well and take to show relatives and friends. I will definitely use Papier again, in fact my daughter is getting married later in the year - another wedding album!..”

“I am absolutely obsessed with my daily planner and pen from Papier. I was so impressed that I immediately repurchased some more pens and a bullet journal. The quality of the paper is lovely and the patterns of the covers are beautiful - really lovely quality. The pens write beautiful though I am a tad disappointed with the newer ones that I purchased the second time round as they are really scratchy and the ink doesn’t come out sometimes which is annoying. I’m hoping some refills will solve the problem though. Overall, really positive experience nonetheless and would definitely recommend and be buying more stationary bits from Papier!”

“My fiance is in school administration & is constantly writing Thank Yous. I thought I'd try Papier for some note cards & Oh. My. Word! I am impressed! “I received a personalised diary and 2 Papier pens as a gift for Christmas. Despite the pens being faulty and there being some print issues with the diary, I felt I had to write a positive review as their customer service was second to none. I received a reply on the same day I sent my query (a Sunday!) from Steph and by the following week, my issues were resolved. Thank you Steph, Olivia and Joel for your exemplary customer service.”
