“Horrific!!! Very very bad quality. Could hardly see the duck and the watermelon was faint and streaked. Would not provide a refund. Bad customer service. Spent $117 to throw it away.”

“All the work they have produced is stunning. All to the highest quality with beautiful designs. We did have one issue from our hundreds of prints, which the support team sent me a replacement the same night. Wonderful products and just as wonderful support teams.”

“I would always recommend Papier - the quality of the stationery is so wonderful, the designs are beautiful, everything is just SO EASY, and the service is fantastic. “I've been using the 2022 Koyo planner for a few months now. I really love it! It's beautiful and the paper is really soft, definitely high quality. The only thing I'm not the hugest fan of is the placement of the pages. You have all the month calendars front, then all of the months notes pages, and THEN the dates by week. There is a lot of flipping back and forth when entering dates in. And it makes it impossible to use the monthly notes pages. It should be grouped together by months, not types of calendars. It would also be helpful to have more than just 1 bookmark ribbon to keep track of this. Otherwise, a great planner with ample space if you're a busy body with many appointments. :)”

Hi Wes, Thanks for your review! I’m so sorry to hear you don’t like the setup of the 2022 diary! We originally developed our 2021 diaries in a different format due to consistent customer feedback on our 2020 diaries, asking for a clearer ‘month end’ setup in 2021 whereby months not finishing on a Sunday have the rest of the week on either side of the lists page, to allow for easier planning and simpler continuation month on month. Previously, our customers found that events in the second half of a week which fell over the end of the month were getting lost on later pages (after the list page), hence us making this change. The new setup gives you the option to plan your events and days either on the end of month week, or start of month week depending on your preference, and you can simply cross off whichever set you prefer not to use. However, following further feedback from customers regarding issues with this new format, we have reverted back to our original setup for our 2022 diaries. “I absolutely love the paper products! I've bought so many wellbeing journals as gifts (and for myself) and I love the list pads to keep my sanity I'm a stylish way. The only thing I haven't been 100% in love with is the pen, which seems a bit scratchy and doesn't write as smoothly as I hoped, but such a minor complaint”
