“Item claimed to have shipped a month ago, still has not arrived. Website has no recourse or ability to actually track a shipment. Cannot recommend. Currently waiting on a refund as the individual’s birthday has already passed. I bought a month ahead of time thinking that should surely be enough time. Apparently not!”

“Ordered the gratitude journal with my name printed on the front. I didn’t realise my name was going to be so small. When it came I could hardly read my name on the front. It was silly this font size was even an option as it looks ridiculous. The journals are lovely design wise but they are majorly over priced for what they are. The gratitude journal is just too repetitive for me and I wish I had researched this better before ordering as I couldn’t return due to the personalisation on the front. I did however get a 15% refund which was minor compared to what I paid. I also ordered a pen to match my journal which was also overpriced for all the size of it. Disappointed and won’t be ordering again. There are nice options out there for a fraction of the price. A basic note pad and pen would do the job and wish I had done this in the first place.”

“Love my diary for work, fountain pen has a nice weight and writes beautifully. Unfortunately I work in a bank and most of our documents need to be in black ink so I can't use my pen as often as I'd like, pleaaaaaase consider stocking black refills!”

“I bought the classic rollingball pen to go with an adorable journal (that I love), but this pen is the worst pen I’ve ever used. Don’t waste your money. It skips and has never written smoothly since I got it and too expensive for such a horrible pen.”

“The Daily Planner combines all of my to do lists into one organized space. My only issue is that I wish the days could be condensed to half pages in order to fit more weeks into the planner. The cover, binding, and paper are all excellent quality. Personalization was done perfectly.”

“I have been searching for the perfect planner for YEARS. I will only use Papier Bloom from now on. You have the ability to time block every day, write down goals for the week and habit track. EVERYONE SHOULD PURCHASE THIS!”

“The planner I ordered has no dates and doesn’t have enough room for even half the year. Doesn’t seem like much of a planner considering those two factors. I wouldn’t order from this brand again.”

“For the price I paid for this diary, I expected better paper quality. And the fact that their paper is 85 gm has nothing to do with it. I've bought notebooks from Etsy with 85 gm paper that is smooth and so pleasant to write in it. The paper on this diary is coarse and it feels like it's absorbing ink too much and it makes the letters thicker than what they look on a Leuchtturm or a Rhodia notebook. Also this notebook does not lay flat, You open it on the day you're on, and the pages from the left will fall over on the right side, which is super annoying. Def not worth the price. I cannot return it since I put my name on the cover.”

“Ridiculously SLOW. I ordered a gift on December 18th, they claimed they shipped on the 19th. UPS never received it and it never started tracking. When I emailed on January 3rd to check in, their support told me I needed to wait another week until they could send a replacement. Huh? I need to wait 3 weeks with no tracking updates, in order for them to confirm it's lost? Whatever, I waited until January 11th to ask for the replacement. I thought they would just send it, but instead, they said there must be an error with the address and asked me to re-confirm it. I re-confirmed, and still NO gift. It's been 4 weeks! All I ordered was a personalized notebook and a set of stickers. Stay away from this company!”

“Extraordinary. I bought 3 personalized books as Christmas presents and the Papier experience could not have been more positive. Easy to order. Arrived quickly - even with each recipient’s name being added. Beautifully packaged. Gorgeous, high quality books. I was so impressed and my family LOVED the gifts! Such a delightful experience!”

“This review is not for the product itself, but for the customer service. I personally did not like the planner that I received. The cost was just too much for the product itself. Their customer service however, is top notch. An actual person entered the little chat box and gave me a full refund.”

“The planner was much slimmer than I had expected, which is no big deal. The paper quality is poor at best. If you use colored ink, it bleeds through the back of the page. The cover was vibrant in color, which was nice but not worth 30$. I definitely won't buy this again, just not worth it.”

“Not only do you have beautiful products with simple and beautiful designs but your customer service is amazing. I noticed on a personalised card I ordered that I had forgotten to remove the pre-filled text! I emailed to see if it could be amended but sadly it had already been printed. I was all ready to order and pay for a new car - my mistake after all, and Sophia offered me credit to re-order the card unprompted! Small gestures like this mean a lot to people and I'm really grateful for the gesture. Would recommend to anyone!”
