I received a beautiful planner but unfortunately during the ordering process my page may have timed out and due to that reset my customization back to the factory text. Due to this my planner did not have my name or the quote I originally added upon arrival. I sent an email in hoes for some sort of resolution and Nicole was swift and so very kind! She was able to issue me a full refund so that I could place another order with the correct customization. Such great customer service and I couldn’t have asked for a better experience!

The very very very best customer service, even when it was my mistake, Ellen still went ABOVE AND BEYOND twice😳👏👏👏👍 and I ended up with a Beautiful journal with a personal inscription on it💜I am sooooo very pleased with this company, I actually put my experience on my Facebook Page👍 CUSTOMER SERVICE like it use to be😊 And the products BEAUTIFUL 💜💜💜

I had such high expectations, but I'm never ordering from this company again. I ordered a 2023 personalized planner at the end of November. When it arrived the print was off centered and there were marks on it from the printer. I contacted the company and they said I could get 15% of the price returned or they could send me a new one. Since getting 15% back felt like a joke considering the price, I opted for a new one. I was told it might not be on time for xmas, which I was ok with since the calendar was for me. I figured I'd still get it before the new year started. It arrived , and it had the exact same issue as the previous one, but the off center was even worse, and the marks where in the exact same place. So I contacted them again, and said that they should check with the printers since I had the exact same issue prior. So they sent me a new one, which finally came out fine. BUT it was not a calendar, it was a financial planner. At this point I just gave up, it was mid January and I just wanted my damn planner. I ended up getting a planner elsewhere, and wasted $30+ on something I never got to use.

I had a problem with my order, the paper used was not the same as my previous order. It turned out that this was my mistake as the paper type used for individual cards and packs of cards is different. Ellen could not have been more helpful or explained things any better. Excellent customer service. Thank you Ellen.

Beautiful cover, very good quality however very disappointed that the daily planner only provides 4 months of daily planning. Quite expensive to replace after only 4 months of use unlike a yearly diary.

ELLEN and SOPHIA at Papier amazing, both so helpful. Sophia made me a link within 10 minutes to an edited design, Ellen then helped me cancel and replace my order when id missed something off. All of the help from them was done so so quick and both very polite. STD and Invite paper quality is perfect (not sure why someone's said its see through in the review below- definitely not the case). Highly recommend.

Terrible service - ordered menus and place cards for a special event. Neither arrived. No tracking or telephone contact on the website. They need to review their delivery partners. Until they do, do not use this company

Item claimed to have shipped a month ago, still has not arrived. Website has no recourse or ability to actually track a shipment. Cannot recommend. Currently waiting on a refund as the individual’s birthday has already passed. I bought a month ahead of time thinking that should surely be enough time. Apparently not!

Ordered the gratitude journal with my name printed on the front. I didn’t realise my name was going to be so small. When it came I could hardly read my name on the front. It was silly this font size was even an option as it looks ridiculous. The journals are lovely design wise but they are majorly over priced for what they are. The gratitude journal is just too repetitive for me and I wish I had researched this better before ordering as I couldn’t return due to the personalisation on the front. I did however get a 15% refund which was minor compared to what I paid. I also ordered a pen to match my journal which was also overpriced for all the size of it. Disappointed and won’t be ordering again. There are nice options out there for a fraction of the price. A basic note pad and pen would do the job and wish I had done this in the first place.

Love my diary for work, fountain pen has a nice weight and writes beautifully. Unfortunately I work in a bank and most of our documents need to be in black ink so I can't use my pen as often as I'd like, pleaaaaaase consider stocking black refills!

I bought the classic rollingball pen to go with an adorable journal (that I love), but this pen is the worst pen I’ve ever used. Don’t waste your money. It skips and has never written smoothly since I got it and too expensive for such a horrible pen.

The Daily Planner combines all of my to do lists into one organized space. My only issue is that I wish the days could be condensed to half pages in order to fit more weeks into the planner. The cover, binding, and paper are all excellent quality. Personalization was done perfectly.
