“My diary is a thing of beauty but as often with beauty, impractical. I willingly ignored the reviews about the soft covers but next year I shall return to my faithful paper blank with its hard cover and cotton binding so I can carry it around and lay it flat for ease of writing.”

“The quality and the layout of the diary was exactly what I was looking for. I loved each and every one of the designs which made it a difficult (but not frustrating) process to decide which one to get. A really minor concern I have for the diary would be that for me I would have to look for a protector or a cover to prevent the diary to crease since the diary is not a hardback/hardcover. However, this is just me personally trying to maintain the artwork and diary clean and uncreased. I really do love my diary and the shipping time was ideal. Would definitely be buying again. Thanks!”

“Loved the book but would have preferred if cover was hard or a gloss coating on it to protect from young hands or constant reading. Otherwise lovely special named book”

“I used Papier to print my wedding invites. The first batch were really high quality with all the colours true to the original file. However, I ordered a second batch of the same artwork and the colours were really faded and visibly different to the first batch. It was a bit disappointing considering how great the first batch had been. Kind of felt like the cartridge had run out and I don't think the quality reflected the money spent. I also think the upload tool (when using your own design) could benefit from some kind of centering gridlines or guiding tool as the first sample I ordered was really off-centre and I had to squint to see that the designed was aligned in the preview. I think on the whole it's a great product and service, I just think the consistency in print quality could be better. Thanks, Lorna North”

“Product is excellent, the website very unreliable, and the poor business admin must be losing them money. I was sent my invitation order, twice over. The separate order for plain place cards came with the sample name of the party giver and so had to be reordered. When I needed extra I asked for a speedy delivery, money has gone from my card, but 9 days later (party is over) no product or notification. I shall claim this cost back. Shame - great idea and product but much more work on logistics needed. Elizabeth”

“The product itself is very good. Good quality and arrives very quickly. However, the web site is awful. Really slow, difficult to use and I have just lost about 1/2 hour's work as the page crashed. They need to sort the web site out! I wouldn't use them again due to the bad website and not the product which is a shame but an online company needs to get that little basic right.”

“Lovely design and great quality. However whilst the end product was ace, it was very painful to get there. Website awful in uploading text, and very limited to change (some font sizes would work on parts not in others) , and it froze whichever browser I used. If it wasn't for customer service I'd have had a very negative experience .”

HI Sally - we're so sorry to hear you were disappointed with this. Our cut-off for same day dispatch is midday, so as you ordered after this, your card was dispatched on the next working day, which meant it was delivered the next day (Valentine's Day). Our Apologies for any confusion caused there!

“Great quality, unique designs on a level with oliver bonas or paperchase No question for how it made me sad but too expensive, so I would just go to the shops as it's about £2 cheaper for similar quality”
