“I didn't order gift packaging - but there was no wrap at all on the the 3 different styles of cards I ordered. The three designs were just stacked together - I was giving them as a gift and expected at least a plastic film or something - not boxes as I had chosen standard packing - didn't realise this meant 'no packing'. They did not therefore even look new, never mind luxury by the time I had put them in plastic lunch bags to separate them. Actual designs nice which is why I have put Acceptable but packaging Very Poor.”

“The quality of the printed matter was really nice however I was expecting it to come in a box (which I recall reading about on the www). It didn't, but came in an envelope...when it arrived it was a mess with some of the paper already bent and creased. This wasn't great as it was a Christmas present. As a result I prob wouldn't order again or recommend you to my friends.”

Thanks very much for your feedback Harry - there is the option to add a gift box to your order on our website, but if this is not chosen, the stationery set would come neatly wrapped in white tissue paper, sealed with a sticker. We're so sorry to hear that it was damaged on its way to you, and have sent you an email to help out with this.

“Had a nightmare editing and with spacing. If I placed my cursor to delete a letter, it would delete a letter 6 spaces back and it kept automatically formatting spacing so although I'm happy with the quality, it took far longer than it should have and still wasn't quite right.”

“The quality of card was excellent but I was disappointed that the number in my address looked like it was only half printed . I could only see the top part of the 3 . It looked like it had failed to print on everyone but think it wad the colour grey ink . Overall I was disappointed .”

“Very pleased with the overall service. All on time and everything I asked for. Only thing was the print quality was average- not bad, just not absolutely brilliant. The card fold didn't line up so didn't look too neat. My mum was very pleased when she received it but I felt it was a little too home made looking. Having said this will definitely order again, hopefully these little things will improve as the company develops.”

“Hi, I was really impressed with the cards but i have a couple of issues. I emailed you to say that you had not taken my £5 discount but i never got a reply. Also i didn't like how you automatically put the envelope that costs more into the basket as i didn't notice you had to pay for it. I have ordered 3 separate cards from you and just to let you know you sent 3 of the same cards to one person and 2 of the same cards to the other. and the third person just go the one, which is what i ordered. I have told people about your company and will use it again. Think the ease of the website is brilliant, takes no time at all to order one.”

“Love the Papier concept and designs but was disappointed with the quality of the sample product I received so I didn't go ahead and buy. To me, the card looked cheap when I was looking for something high quality.”
