My wedding invitations are BEAUIFUL! I absolutely love how these turned out. They are such high quality and only took one week to get here! Not to mention, Papier's customer service is phenomenal! This is such a wonderful company to work with.

Easy to use the website to create personalised notebooks. Lots of different products to choose from and I love the look inside feature on the website so you can have a good look at what's inside the different notebooks and journals to help you decide if it suits your needs. Excellent quality journals/notebooks with a wide variety of different covers to suit all tastes. Bought the reading journal after it was recommended by Reese Witherspoon and it's my favourite one on the market. Notebooks sent well packaged so no transit damage and also given tracking information.

My planner was delivered at the rainy day. So my planner was wet and pages aren’t straight. Package needs to improve.

I received notices 2/27 my order was ion the way with an estimated delivery of 3/9 . The delivey date has been updated 4 times generally the day before or day or f delivery. It is now estimated at 3/18. The slow slow delivery time has taken the joy out of the gift I am giving given It is so late and past the receivers event of celebration. I have another order that is also on route and praying it won’t take 3-4 weeks to deliver.

Very disappointed with the size and quality of paper used. Expected the card to be made from shiny and thicker paper. The writing inside started write at top of card was no organisation of writing looked like a photo copy print of repeated writing terrible presentation inside and out! First time i used this company and probably the Last!

I really love your products and I feel sorry for you as a business you can't ship to Europe after Brexit. What a brilliant decision that was. Here I am in Spain, wanting to buy a lovely planner and I can't, because, I guess it made brilliant sense to cut off an affluent, integrated market right next door of some 450 million customers, of which I am one. Thank you for letting me know, your customer service was lovely but perhaps make it clearer on the website.

Papier's products are high quality and highly functional. I love my Wellness Journal and my undated Daily Planner. The Wellness Journal has helped me track my moods and bring more awareness to different areas where I can improve my habits to increase my overall wellbeing.

This was my second time ordering from Papier. The cards are beautiful, but this round of envelopes are completely different. They are cheap feeling and are a bright white, while the cards are a natural white. They have a peel-and-stick closure rather than the European flap that I received last time. Super happy with the cards, but these envelopes just feel like an afterthought.

I ordered the medium photo album and it arrived with terrible print quality. Apparently the team only offer a 30% refund for printing errors so I would recommend going to another company unless you want your important pictures with a green tinge from printing.

I love Papier journals, they're so vibrant, the paper is excellent, its so good to write on. I buy journals and wellness journals for client, which I personalise. My only observation is that you have recently added PAPIER to the front of journals, where it was not there before, and that has definitely put me off the journal... for example Mother of Pearl - you used to be able to personalise with a name, now it has PAPIER underneath it - which ruins the journal, especially as your brand is clearly on the back cover. It stopped me ordering two journals today. The delivery is quite a long timeframe as well.

I love the product. The notecards are made with high quality paper and the design is elegant and whimsical. My friends enjoy receiving notes in the mail and the cards add a personal touch.
