“Very quick delivery, brilliant designs but when using the personalised card option the print of images isn't particularly clear and crisp”

“For the most part I love your products but I was disappointed when I ordered the large spiral notebook. I thought it came in a hardcover but only a soft one and for the money I really didn’t think it was worth it. Wish you made a large hardcover notebook- something that was sturdier for the price.”

“Simple and good quality, pretty neat design, a bit pricy for what it actually is, however, the way it is organized makes it hard and annoying to use. First you have the year and next year overview which is fine, but then monthly overviews, month after month, and then the monthly goals and list pages, again, month after month, and then the weekly overviews. It would be way easier to use If the monthly overview and goals/list were at the beginning of the month followed by the weekly layout of that month. Plus it only comes with one bookmark ribbon. Will think twice before buying again.”

“Poor quality thin paper. Very large - not the size of a journal. Flimsy cover on the “notebook”. Save your money and go to a office supply store and get a spiral for $3. This would not hold up in a backpack for even a week. Definitely not durable for daily use. And unfortunately not returnable.”

“I absolutely think this planner is the reason I have been able to manage my busy life and organize daily tasks. I have a spiral bound, customized planner which I have found to be so easy to take places with me and convenient to have out and about because of how cute it is. I'm giving Papier's planner an 11/10 because I can say they have turned me into a daily planner user, and also because there is not a day that goes by where I get tired of the planner I purchased. Thank you Papier!!”

“I love the stationary I ordered and the pens are so aesthetically pleasing. However the ink refills are inconsistent in writing quality, some release ink fast, some as expected, some have damaged roller balls on the tip. About 60% of the 14 ink sticks I have ordered worked, the other 40% I had to discard.”

“Received my planner and the color was not what was shown on screen. Customer service representative offered me a 15% refund for my dissatisfaction. What a joke! After I told him about the return policy he then said he'd offer a full refund however I was not refunded the full amount.”

“I like the card and the styles they have. Much nicer than other brands that provide a similar service. Great quality as well. Delivery took a long time. I was notified the same day as my order that my card had been dispatched by Royal Mail first class. However, the card didn’t arrive until 10 days later (6 days later than the estimated deliver date) so it missed the occasion it was bought for. Next time, I’ll factor in much more time for delivery. Papier may need to check their estimates on delivery times.”

“I didn’t like the texture of the planner cover it makes the cover design not look appealing. It’s much to expensive for the type of binding and material is made of. I also didn’t really enjoy the planning style. This was definitely not the planner for me. It was much to big for my liking as I like to take my planner on the go.”
