“I sent my friend in Vancouver a card with her Output! 4 pics of her sons & their families... She says it's the best present she's ever had :))) As it was Canada I expected the postage to be much more but I think it was the same as UK - maybe posted in Canada... Thank you Papier”

“Unfortunately the notepad arrived with a lot of the gold foiling on the front having come off. As it was a gift I didn’t have a choice but to give it as it was.”

“This is a beautiful planner and looked exactly how I hoped it would. The goal setting pages at the beginning are great bonus as well! However, for how expensive the planner is, I would have hoped that the pages would be a bit thicker. No matter what kind of ink you write with, you can see it on the other side of the page. As I prefer to write with fountain pens, this is a major downside.”

“Beautiful. I did not, however, see the section to update the initials in the corner of the journal. So now it has the example initials FR instead of mine which is weird.”

“They could have more options for two sided designs. They postage is very expensive and long, especially if you want to order a sample.”

“Absolutely adore Papier. I’m a bit of a scatterbrain and require tools and aides for organisation, I need lists, reminders, they must be written down, notes on the phone hold no sway over my subconscious. I’ll ignore an electronic reminder faster than I hit snooze on an alarm. The gorgeous designs and personalization offered by Papier makes these tasks a joy to undertake. When I make a note in my Papier diary it feels personal, it speaks to my tastes and interests, feels important and I almost look forward to reminders of the mundane.”

“The finished product was better than I had imagined. It arrive so quickly after completing the purchase. The book was slightly bigger than I thought (I didn't measure it first) which was an added bonus as all the photos were larger than expected. Quality is excellent. My only niggle (hence 4/5 stars) is that my second draft didn't automatically save. I was sharing the link with my daughters and they could only see the first draft. So I had to start all over again. Adding the photos is easy, looking at the page layout and changing them around is a doddle. Will definitely use again but will be careful to ensure that the drafts are saved. Papier customer service was helpful but, because I had started again, I didn't pursue a further search to see if we could retrieve the second draft”

“Sooo disappointed I had to use Chrome as a browser. I don’t like Chrome because of the usage tracking they do. This is not clearly stated in the home page. A courtesy call to ask if I intended to include the same pic twice would have been helpful and nice, though editing is truly my responsibility.”
