“Our daughter's wedding invitations and programs turned out beautifully. Customer service was awesome! All items were delivered on time and packeged securely. Would definitely use Papier again!”

“The quality is great when it arrives but there is less selection of designs, especially for kids, and the envelope lining wasn’t an option this time. A bit disappointing on that regard. Otherwise it’s one of the nicest on the market.”

“I ordered the ‘ tulip well-being journal ‘ as a personal gift for my daughter. The colours are vivid and bright and it was special to be able to add my daughter’s name in a choice of bright script. Looked every bit as nice as the photograph! She was delighted with her gift and felt it was almost too beautiful to write in”

“Papier lost my wedding invitations, and have refused to take any responsibility. I ordered express delivery for my invitations so that they arrive on time. The invitations were "lost" in the post, with Papier blaming the couriers at DPD for the mixup. They have told me that it is "human error," which is the last thing anyone who has had their wedding invitations lost in the mail wants to hear. They have prioritised sending me a new batch of invitations but that will take another week, which is simply too late for us. This is really appalling service. I strongly urge anyone shopping around for wedding invitations NOT to work with Papier as I'd genuinely hate for this to happen to anyone else. It has been incredibly stressful, and simply not worth the anguish we have experienced in dealing with customer service and trying to figure out what happened to our parcel. It's such a shame as I've always been such a supporter of Papier and its products. I can't believe they let me down for my wedding in such a colossal way.”

Sadly in rare cases DPD do lose items but we do really appreciate that this has been a big let down and is not the level of service we ever want to provide. “We ordered a Save the Date sample from Papier. alongside a few other printing vendors. Papier didn't provide tracking, and the shipment ended up arriving a few days late. When it arrived, the invite itself didn't print as vibrantly as another vendor, and the paper quality was a bit thinner, so we ultimately went elsewhere for our save the dates.”
