“I loved the design that fit the theme of my event. They arrived looking exactly like I had wished. However I think there should be more font options. Also the envelope font should be offered in more colors and fonts to create a uniform look to the invitation.”

“Great cards, excellent quality. Would be nice to have something like a loyalty scheme, get every 10th card free maybe? The current referral discount etc. only works for other items but I’ve spent £££ on cards and never see a reward for this. Also, when it says what brought you to Papier, there’s no option to say returning customer, don’t get why. All in all great cards though!”

“Won’t be using Papier again, not only did I pay for special delivery and it arrived 8 days late (postage proves it didn’t go out when it said so). When the card arrived it was ruined, all bent and creased across the images. I’ve had no reply from Papier so would urge others to avoid.”

“Overall it was a nice packaging experience. The products are beautiful. I like my notebooks and almost everything but the mini highlighters because 2 out of 4 don’t work. That disappointed me. Other than that, everything else is great.”

“I bought a blank dotted journal, a travel journal, and some mini highlighters! The journals came within the week- I was super pleased with that. They are great quality and absolutely gorgeous. The mini highlighter set I bought I took weeks to arrive, I was super excited for them but unfortunately they ended up being super cheap quality and 3/4 of them didn’t have ink. At least I know to only stick to their stationary products.”
