“I made a mistake in my personalising and the team at Papier were so friendly and accomodating to me. Especially as I’m in Australia and the time difference made communication difficult. Highly recommend, not just because of the exceptional customer service but because of the quality of the product too.”

“I ordered the minimalist photobook for my wedding photos. The book came out brilliantly and it was lovely quality. Very happy with the final product! The book was delivered within 2 weeks which was pretty fast and on time! My only complaint was the frustration of making the book as it took so long to upload the photos and then the site kept crashing with the large influx of photos. It took me two days to put the book together and I was hoping it would only take a couple of hours. Otherwise very happy with the product and would definitely use their services again, will just lower my expectation of how long it should take to put a photobook together.”

“Beautiful quality photo book. Exactly what I hoped for and delivered just in time - I had left it late and only had the 3 business days required left but by paying for express delivery, it arrived on the day required. Will certainly use again.”

“I had originally put the address in wrong, when my planner didn’t arrive I emailed costumer service to my surprise they sent me a new one completely free of charge to my correct address, I love my planner and will 100% be buying more!”

“Courier had damaged the photo frame in transit, great recovery and customer service from Steph at Papier. A new framed photo was ordered and delivered really quickly at no additional cost to me. Great quality photo and frame on the second attempt!”

“I love the diaries and it's my third year of owning one. One change that I struggle with is the application of the last week /first week cross over for each month. I end up writing on both and getting confused. And the lovely notes section at the back of the book has been reduced to allow for this, please change back to old style! Apart from that, I really do love your diaries.”

“I absolutely love the planner I got. I love how organized it is. The feel of the cover and paper is so smooth. It is of great quality. I can't wait to get a journal next. Because of the quality, I can safely say that my planner will make it through all the lugging around and writing I'll put it through.”

“Beautiful quality and lovely selection. The only reason it is not 5 stars is because of the high delivery costs - had to pay for postage twice because order had to be shipped in two batches”
