“Sad to see that the quality has declined but prices have stayed the same. This year in my 2025 planner the paper is a lot thinner and the ink is lighter. I’ll be looking for other brands for the price I’m paying.”

“I ordered in early December and was told my package would arrive by Dec 20. By 27 I was sent an email they “ran out” of my item and were cancelling my order. I reordered and kindly asked if they could offer express shipping due to all the errors and they said no …. Great business. I re-ordered anyways because it was a gift, still waiting a month later for my items.”

“I love the spiral diaries - thanks to "mysistermademebuyit" on instagram for introducing me to it!! Bought one for me and one as a gift and we are both loving them and using them daily! Needed to reach out to Customer Service along the way and the communication, support and help were EXCELLENT! Amazing company, will recommend to anyone and everyone!”

“I ordered a diary which took weeks and weeks to arrive, I had to investigate its whereabouts. When it did finally arrive, I was away so it stayed at the dpd collection point, was returned and has since disappeared. I’ve been in touch with customer service numerous times and the problem has yet to be sorted out. Not at all impressed. Very happy to take payment but that’s it.”

“I am disappointed in the annual planner I ordered from Papier. The paper quality is terrible. The layout is subpar. They don't include a bookmark to mark which week it is. If I could return I would. As it stands, I won't be ordering from them again.”

“Thank you for my personalised diary - 2nd year in a row. I love the week to view diary which works for me, alongside the monthly goals pages and the month to view pages, which I use especially to see holidays at a glance!! Because it looks so great I’m more likely to use it.”

“The cover of the dairy is poorly printed showing pixelation. It looks very cheap which is a shame as I love the papier diary inside. It’s also scratched very easily and after 2 weeks into the year looks abit battered although it’s only been in my kitchen (hasn’t had a trip out yet in my bag or to the office) so I’m guessing it’s only going to get worse and probably wont withstand the year!”
