“I love my custom journal, will definitely buy again next year. So useful since I’ve started uni and definitely fell in love with it straight away. Would love to try the other books and journals.”

“Beautiful, useful, and practical. I'm so glad I went out on a limb and bought this planner.”

“I recently purchased a planner from them and waited patiently to receive it in the mail. Upon arrival, the planner did not look like the one advertised on their site. I reached out to their customer service about the issue and they stated “there may be a slight variation in colour and tone within each print run which we sadly cannot control”. Sure, I’ll take that response but my issue was that they stated they wouldn’t even cover the cost to return the planner for a different design. Not to mention I already paid for shipping on my initial order because they don’t offer free shipping. I was looking forward to raving about this planner but I will definitely not be recommending since they can’t control the quality of their product and customer service was not helpful. Now I’m stuck with an ugly planner.”

“Papier is great for schedulers, but not so great for premium note cards.”

“Usually have a positive experience but this time the lettering of the personalization was barely visible. I had done any edits required by Papier during the process and it still came out bad. This will most likely be my last experience with Papier.”

“Papier has become my go to company for my yearly planner. The quality of the planners really stands out. After using mine every day for the last year, you can hardly tell it's been used. It feels like a shame to not use it any longer! I also love the ability to customize your order. I've given their items as gifts as well and everyone loves them. You can't go wrong with their products!”

“This journal is an essential tool in managing my wellbeing. I am on to my second journal now and I am so grateful for the moments it has given me to reset my focus and what is important. Writing in it in the morning and night has definitely helped my sleep patterns also.”
