“I ordered a 2025 diary, it came beautifully packaged but there was a misunderstanding with the personalisation so I had someone elses name on there. Papier were quick to remedy things and gave me a credit to reorder another diary. I wonder if anyone else made the same mistake as me who didn't want the diary personalised so just left it and I was sent the one with the example text !! Possibly not !!”

“The user friendly website made ordering personalised cards very easy. Lovely quality cards and envelopes, all at a sensible price. Next day delivery was very impressive. Overall, could not be more pleased with Papier and would thoroughly recomment.”

“I really loved the photo book and it was just what I envisioned but I think for the price and how much you pay, it would be more cost effective to buy a photo album and print photos to go inside. I also think for the price, the book should be so much bigger!!! But overall, I am happy.”

“I used Papier to design my own wedding invitations. While I was very happy with the printing quality and paper of the invitations themselves, the printing on the envelopes and RSVP card was just OK. The text on those was a bit fuzzy and some of the lines were very faint, which caused some issues with people noticing critical info on our RSVP card.”

“I love it but the spine is already starting to crack and I’ve only had it a week. Also it would be nice if there was a page or column for notes instead of just to do and “today’s priorities” because that’s kind of redundant. Overall the aesthetic is gorgeous.”

“Haven’t got around to writing this as I’ve been busy but my order is wrong. On the photos provided my weekly diary should of been a completely different layout like advertised so I’m pretty annoyed I’m stuck with this okay looking diary now until I get a new one as I can’t stand the layout that has come. The custom print is okay at best I’m not overwhelmed by any of it to be honest, pretty gutted as soon as I opened it”

“I’m using this planner as a weekly planner but also to track monthly events and goals. I’m happy with the external appearance of the planner, but my primary concern is with the internal design layout. The monthly views are front-loaded at the beginning of the planner (so you see the month of January and flip the page to see the month of February). This is followed by 12 separate “monthly dashboard” pages, and then the weekly layout for each month. This is very confusing because now, to view January, I have to flip to three separate sections of the planner instead of having everything related to January (monthly view, monthly dashboard, and weekly views) all together at the front of the planner. Because of this layout, I find the planner very inefficient.”

“I love the options to personalise spiral notebooks. When l search on Papier, l mostly look for notebooks l can use for my studies or even as a diary. I prefer the empty notebooks instead of those planners and journals available. I wish there were more options for customisation on some as for example on my last one, l couldn’t change the title “Surreal Thoughts”. I loved everything about that notebook except the title which doesn’t really fit for a notebook you use to write down Kalimba tabs. Overall, l love the pastel colours, the lined and the dotted notebooks and l wish there were spiral dotted ones because this is one type of a notebook l am looking for that l don’t see on here sadly. And l would be very happy to see more designs to personalise with images.”
