“The five stars relates to the Papier Diaries of which my wife and I prefer to use over other brands - especially when it comes to planning and recording events. The staff are friendly and helpful too; as I found out recently when complaining about the dried out set of Bright Ideas Mini Highlighters I’d also purchased. There was no problem in getting them replaced but the replacements themselves were dried out too! Shan’t be asking again. ☹️”

“Really lovely products, however customer service extremely unhelpful. Couldn’t help with my issue. Kept on hold for almost 20 mins then got cut off the chat. Finally regained contact. But still couldn’t resolve the issue satisfactory, then chat ended again in a robotic AI fashion.”

“I had a problem with personalised diary, I didn't want to put anything in, but you auto filled with a random name. Suggest you don't have any auto fill name to avoid this”

“I love the designs and Papier is quick in delivering, but I feel the quality of their products is decreasing. The paper in my 2025 planner is notably thinner than my subsequent planners, which I have been buying for years. I don't think I will purchase again given this quality decrease.”

“This was the first time I made a purchase with Papier and I am extremely happy! I loved the customisation capabilities and the varieties of 2025 diaries. I was also very pleased with the low waste/recyclable packaging. My only feedback is I wish the spiral diaries came in hard back covers!”

“Very cute, and I think I'll get a lot of use out of it, but I do wish that various sections were tabbed for easier access and that the covers were a bit sturdier. Something between the hardcover and the actual cover, which feels quite flimsy. I'm pretty sure it'll get very beat up in my bag.”
