“I love the design of how the recipes are organized. I give it a 3 because I don’t think the book/material will hold up. The paper is super thin so when I write with a normal pen it impresses to the other side of the paper. I just withe paper was higher quality.”

“The designs for the wedding invites are lovely and the UI makes it really easy to customise them. Printing and shipping was also incredibly fast. However, the actual quality of the paper that they are printed on is average, at best. It's not bad by any means, but it is also not great. Adding to that, when we got everything ready for posting to our guests, we realised that you can see straight through the envelopes. Names, dates, the whole lot. With all of that said, I'm not convinced the price we paid was worth it.”

“I ordered a photo book for Valentine’s Day which I still haven’t not received a dispatch email even after complaining to customer service earlier. You would think someone would have chased this up after me highlighting the fact it was due to arrive tomorrow.”

“I order customized Save the Dates and they turned out great. I had to make a last-minute change after putting in the order and the customer service was immediately responsive. They helped me reorder with the change and everything went super smoothly. We love the Save the Dates, the colors look great and the print is quality. Overall a great exerience and result!”

“I didnt receive the items i first ordered, and then when i finally got the school planner it was mostly 2024 dates. Not worth the money or time i had to take to make the journal usable.”

“I absolutely love my new notebooks and pens! As someone who struggles with anxiety and overthinking, having a dedicated space to put my thoughts on paper has been incredibly helpful. The notebooks are not only high quality but also beautifully designed, so they blend seamlessly on a bookshelf without obviously looking like journals. My only minor complaint is the shipping time—waiting two weeks after ordering felt a bit long. That’s the only reason I’m giving 4/5 stars instead of 5. Overall, though, a great experience!”

“We ordered our daughter’s wedding invitations from Papier. The design process was easy to navigate and we were thrilled with the outcome. My only complaint was that the RSVP card in the grouping that we chose did not have enough information on it and it could not be customized to our needs. We ended up going to our local printer to design our own. We loved the Blooming Bouquet package so much we didn’t want to abandon it completely. The colors and the quality of the stock is fantastic. A value for sure. Everything came beautifully packaged.”
