“I didnt receive the items i first ordered, and then when i finally got the school planner it was mostly 2024 dates. Not worth the money or time i had to take to make the journal usable.”

“I absolutely love my new notebooks and pens! As someone who struggles with anxiety and overthinking, having a dedicated space to put my thoughts on paper has been incredibly helpful. The notebooks are not only high quality but also beautifully designed, so they blend seamlessly on a bookshelf without obviously looking like journals. My only minor complaint is the shipping time—waiting two weeks after ordering felt a bit long. That’s the only reason I’m giving 4/5 stars instead of 5. Overall, though, a great experience!”

“We ordered our daughter’s wedding invitations from Papier. The design process was easy to navigate and we were thrilled with the outcome. My only complaint was that the RSVP card in the grouping that we chose did not have enough information on it and it could not be customized to our needs. We ended up going to our local printer to design our own. We loved the Blooming Bouquet package so much we didn’t want to abandon it completely. The colors and the quality of the stock is fantastic. A value for sure. Everything came beautifully packaged.”

“Absolutely love this book, the design and personalisation options are amazing and the outside feels sturdy and good quality. The only issue is the paper is quite thin so you can’t use any coloured or thick pens as they will show through on the next page. I’ve stuck every second page together with glue to make them thicker and now it works perfectly but wish it was just thick enough to begin with. Will still be buying again :)”

“"The products look great, but I’m still waiting for my order, which was supposedly sent via Royal Mail on a 48-hour tracked service over a week ago. I've tried reaching out but haven't received any response. It's frustrating, especially since this was meant to be a birthday gift that I couldn’t give on time."”

“We used Papier all the time to write thank you cards that really communicate our appreciation by the personalisation - a picture of our time together to our hosts. We've also brought cards for our boys to write their thank you cards. The personalisation, the quality of the cards and images is very important investment in our relationships. It's an investment, but very VERY much worth it.”

“The notebook paper is more yellow / warm in tone than the one I have purchased in the past (from Selfridges) and it blots ink on the other side. Not ideal at all. This was a complaint I had last year too when I ordered online from the website vs purchasing from Selfridges. But I know nothing is going to happen about this — not sure why I am writing this……..”
