“Yikes! Used to be a good brand. The shipping was all over the place. Package finally arrived and it wasn’t nearly what it looked like in the photos and had the wrong name. Cute Instagram trick! Is fine planner. Could’ve lived without and regret buying.”

“Loved the quality and packaging. The only issue I had was that it seemed from the UX that I HAD to personlize the book. It was a gift and I she tends not to like personalized things so in the future would be great to have patterns and prints that don't need to be personalized. I realized I could leave it blank but then I thought the empty space might look awkward. Would also have liked for the logo to not take up so much space on the front cover. It's in so many other places in the book it doesn't need to be on the front as well. It just ends up taking away from some of the beauty of the covers. Liked everything else! Shipping was quick and it arrived on time. Will likely purchase again.”

“I have ordered several time. The last time I ordered, I was told a week and a half after the fact, that they were actually out of stock for my order and had to cancel it. This cam after sever emails about a dely and then an email fromm someone different about a cancellation. Terrible communication, no reslove or costumer serivce.”

“The 2025 planner isn’t my favorite - the ink they used to print everything is a lighter grey and not as easy to see. Papier customer service reps are responsive and polite.”

“This was my 4th time ordering a planner from Papier. The quality of the planners, and layout of the planners is the reason I’ve become an avid customer, however, this was the first time I ordered a softcover and the quality is not what I expected from Papier. Although I’m disappointed with the quality it’s something only I will notice. I know moving forward not to order a softcover.”

“Pages are not in logical order (ie January monthly, January monthly goals, January weekly, then February, etc - each category goes through the entire year leading to awkward use. Pages bleed through with regular pens. Inside cover panel white instead of beige shown in picture. Overall not impressed with quality or function from how it was presented online.”
