“My daughters gave me a Papier menu planner as a gift a couple of years ago, and I loved it so much, I bought a second one for myself when I'd used up the first. Both have been exceptionally beautiful (nice, since I leave mine out on the counter so I can add to it as the week goes on), and the paper stock pleasingly substantial and smooth. Using a meal planner lets me write down things I need as I run out of them, so I don't forget them on my next weekly shopping trip, and so that I'm sure to get the ingredients I need to make the meals I've planned for the week ahead. All that, plus Papier's outstanding customer service, letting you know when your order has been received and when it will arrive. Excellent!”

“The book and print quality is excellent. Easy to use interface. Book slightly damaged from postage and turned up 5 days after estimated arrival date even though I paid for express shipping - customer service told me conflicting info about delivery and whilst somewhat apologetic it was a waste of time contacting them. Actually their delivery partner didn't even try to deliver at home - just sent me a message saying ready for pickup at thier office. Not sure I recommend based on the overall cost and hassle.”

“I treated myself to the Papier 2023 advent calendar. £120 is not an amount I'd spend generally but I do love nice stationery. The box attracted me, and it is lovely and will serve as a stationery box. I was disappointed so many of the contents were mini versions, mini notecards, mini notepads, mini post-its and stickers. Although the stickers are good for journalling and calendars. I was pleased with the wee cartridge pen and cartridges. I didn't like the to-do pad - it had no backing! I wasn't keen on the brassy bookmark - it looks too flimsy. The final notebook was a decent size but I would have preferred it unlined or with dots. I always think bold lined pads are for people who can't write, but I suppose that's just me. Most of the items were good quality, but my overall feeling is disappointment. Maybe next time I'll just place an order of random full size items and treat myself that way.”

“I’m obsessed with this brand. I love the planner, journal, stickers and highlight pens I bought. The planner has helped me organised my days better and I feel a lot more productive. I also want to appreciate the customer support. I reported that my highlight pens were delivered dried (with proof) and they sent a replacement immediately. 100% recommend!”

“After trawling online for somewhere to make our wedding album, we settled on Papier! Really easy to use, took hardly any time at all. The album is stunning and we paid a reasonable price! Cheaper than through the photographer ☺️ thank you!”

“I have been ordering my stationery through Papier for several years now and have spent well over $1,000 with them. It is very saddening seeing that in recent times, with every order, the quality has been progressively declining. Not to mention, their customer service is terrible. I recently recieved my repeat order with an entirely different set of envelopes than the ones I have always been sent; these were made of the cheapest paper I have ever came across. Literal printer paper is of higher quality. Yes, I reached out to them and after going back and forth with them, there was no resolution, to no surpise. Additionally, they have decided to add their branding to the backs of the notecards, which they were not doing before. The problem is it was not done in an understated, inconspicuous way, either-- it is now the focal point of the backs of the cards... I am very saddened to see a product I used to love so dearly plummet in quality so severly that I am now turning away from the brand.”

“I uploaded my own save the date designs and ordered a few samples before deciding on a final design and printed them with papier. Every single sample was beautifully presented and cared for just like the final chosen save the dates. I couldn’t recommend anymore!”
