“The packaging was so beautiful and elegant and the products were all of a very high quality. The order arrived within a few days. I had a query and the the customer service provided by Sian was excellent. Overall very impressed and will definitely place another order soon and recommend to friends and family”

“I've ordered several notebooks from Papier now for myself and gifts for friends and have always been really pleased with the quality. When I needed a new notebook then, I thought I'd order from Papier again but went for a softback version because I wanted to save a bit of money. Considering it is only a few pounds cheaper, I was really disappointed to see there are considerably fewer pages (almost half the size of the hardback). I'm presuming this is mentioned somewhere on the website, so my own fault for not reading properly. All I can say is, while I have been impressed with the hardbacks, I cannot say the paperbacks are good value.”

“Love the look of my planner & how sturdy it feels; although, I really would’ve thought the quality of the paper would’ve been better. I’m so disappointed the paper bleeds through so easily. A singular swipe of a highlighter & it shows on the other side! Even writing with a ballpoint pen, it bleeds through. I really needed something to keep my work schedule neat & easy to read... but now I don’t think I’m going to use this. Can’t believe I paid $30 for this cute junk.”

“I’m happy with the journal itself, but it was damaged in shipping due to negligence on Papier’s part (they didn’t fold the box correctly and it arrived in a loose cardboard sleeve). When I brought this to their attention they offered me a 10% discount which was insulting.”

“I was having trouble with the new diary format of my latest Papier purchase and emailed them to ask about it. They offered me a replacement with no quibbles even though it had been months since I bought the diary (I'd been trying to get to grips with the new format for a while but hadn't managed it.) They were also super quick and friendly about it. I really appreciated them making the swap for me so easily.”

“Amazing customer service by Ellen - I mistakenly ordered the wrong personalised journal and I received a full credit note upon return of the journal. I use Papier 16 week journals non stop and so happy I was able to continue doing so.”
