My delivery has still not arrived, ordered photo book for my daughters 21 st paid for express delivery due to arrive sat 13th and although dispatched tracking still shows not with EVRI . I’ve used less than 1/4 of my undated planned and the binding is completely falling apart. For how much this planner cost, this shouldn’t be happening. I was hoping this planner would be able to last well into next year, and now I need to purchase another planner from another place because this one is not durable at all. I have the Undated Daily planner and have used it sporadically through out the year but now need to use it more frequently as I begin my busy season at work. If I had used this more consistently, it wouldn’t have even lasted me 3 months of every day use.

I ordered a planner, the 365 daily planner. When I went to order, I showed the navy cover rather than the pink option. When I previewed it, it showed that the back was still pink. Whereas the cover & the spine was in the navy I had chosen. I thought it was just an online glitch, didn’t think anything of it. However, when I received it, it really did have a pink back while the rest was the navy color I had wanted. Maybe I am the idiot for thinking that it was just a mistake on the website, but I feel like it cheapens the product so much.

I spent 54.00 on a journal and a gift box. The name needed to be added. Now they are telling me it won’t arrive in time for Christmas because “they took too many orders.” This is nonsense. I want a full refund.

Soooooooooooo slow. Really great idea and attractive looking interface but I've spent about 3 hours trying to make one 26 page very very simple photo book and it keeps losing my changes and reverting to a previous version and taking SUCH A LONG TIME to do any step what so ever. I am done. Reverting to photobox or other.

This is definitely a case of I should have read the reviews. Do not get me wrong; The products are beautiful just less functional. The Pens: caps do not stay on when you have it open. So writing with the whole pen is not an option. The sticky tabs don't stick... to anything. The pen holder: that you clip to your planner, so heavy that, and the clip so wide it will not go on the planner or stay on anything wide enough to fill the gap. The planner: Pretty, but honestly Amazon does better just without my name. It is sectioned by type and not Month. Like Not January calendar, January Goal and January week. BUT all months calendar, all months goals then all months weekly. WTH? Who plans like that? Maybe my review doesn't make "the cut". But for you Papier, you gotta do better. If i could return everything i would and i am not that picky. PS.. I took pictures but it would not let me upload.

Ordered something sentimental for somebody to help them deal with their grief. Was told it would be delivered on the 11th of December. Ordered it in November. Why did I get an email ON THE DELIVERY DATE that there was a 'systematic error' with the printers and that it would be delivered AFTER Christmas. Tried to chat to somebody live and the chatbot kept going in circles.

The delivery has been extremely slow. I placed my order well in advance of my friend’s birthday, yet 10 days later it still hasn’t arrived and the birthday party is today. This is really disappointing. I should have read the reviews before ordering, or simply chosen another company. I’m genuinely annoyed by the poor service and lack of timely delivery.

This is just the worst customer service if you can call it that as there is no customer service. Sent them an e mail days ago then sent another still no reply. The information on the diary is very unclear what they describe it as and then photograph it - not the same! Shocking. Tessa Fortescue

The customer service is the worse. I cant get hold of an actual human. I made anorder for a diary for my daughters Christmas present and its been 11 days and ive not heard anything, even when I have tried to contact them, ive made many attempts through the silly bot and emails and no reply. How can a company be run like this

I paid extra for a Leather Book Gift book - which arrived damaged. Contacted Papier who apologised and assured me they would replace. The replacement never arrived. Disappointed as this was meant to be part of a gift. That the company doesn't properly protect their product during shipping - especially for such expensive items - beggars belief.

I did ordered an album customize to be deliver the latest the 12/8 and is still showing that is in production. Today is 12/7. We did paid +50 dollars for this to be deliver on time, there is no way to get in contact with them as well.

My planner is literally a crappy spiral notebook with the date on each page. This website is a rip off. Taking beautiful designs and throwing them on cheap crappy materials to make profit should be illegal. I will never purchase another $35.00 “planner” from this scam of a company again. Stay away if you’re a true planner girly. This will disappoint you greatly. I literally almost cried out of anger when I opened my package today. P.s I was conveniently unable to upload images of my purchase despite multiple attempts.

The product itself was great but the customer service is very poor. I ordered a photobook and wanted the giftbox with it but was unable to because it was sold out. I still ordered the photobook anyway, and set up a notification to let me know when the gift box was back in stock. I received the notification and tried to order it only to find out you can only order it with a photobook. I sent an enquiry where it was adviced will get a response within 1 working day. It took 3 days to reply. I had explained the situation and the reply i got was its an upsell item and you cannot order individually. I think the fact the item was sold out when i ordered the photobook an exception could be made to those affected.

Do NOT order from Papier My partner and I ordered a number of personalised leather notebooks for Christmas presents . We ordered from Papier as we had previously used the company for similar items and numerous personalised Christmas cards in the past , so to reorder meant we were extremely happy previously but NOT this time . The items arrived and we immediately noticed one items personalisation was spelt incorrectly ( not our error but papiers) . At the same time we noticed ( our error ) we forgot to add gift boxes . We immediately emailed explaining what had happened and could we purchase the gift boxes to suit the notebooks we had just received ? We were told NO even though we expected to be charged and were willing to pay postage . What a diabolical company to deal with. The notebooks are nice but without the box they are average. With regards to the misprint we were offered a 15% discount ! Why would we accept this when the item is a gift . I think Papier has lost touch with reality or they think they are better than they are . We will never order from this company again and I would urge anyone thinking of ordering from Papier to rethink . Customer service matters particularly in this day and age when it costs so much in marketing to get the customer in the first place . Papier rethink your customer service you are not that special !!

I’ve been a loyal Papier customer for years and have recommended them multiple times, but after my recent experience, I will not be using them again. I ordered 5 leather notebooks and forgot to add gift boxes. I reached out immediately, offering to pay for the boxes and delivery, but was told it’s “not possible” because their website doesn’t allow it. I even said I’d forgo a refund or replacement for a faulty notebook if they could simply add the boxes manually, but they still refused, blaming their system. What makes this worse is that they can manually process a replacement order (which they did for the faulty notebook), yet claim they can’t manually add gift boxes. That’s not a system limitation, that’s a lack of flexibility and willingness to help a loyal customer. Papier’s products are beautiful, but their customer service is rigid and dismissive. A company that prides itself on personalisation should not hide behind “the website doesn’t allow it” for something as simple as adding gift boxes but offer better solutions for customers. After years of loyalty, this experience has left me frustrated and disappointed.

Tried to create a photo album for my parents’ wedding anniversary. The first book had strange symbol typos. The second reprint had blank pages in it and wrong cover font. The third reprint was exactly the same as the second…no corrections made after plenty of time spent chatting with support. Unbelievable. Been trying to add photos to show incompetency but it says it’s not able to upload. Don’t understand that either.

Extremely poor quality. Ordered a photo album. The photo is stuck on and is peeling off already when I opened this. The photos are dark, dull and the printing is a poor quality of photo compared to the photos we have printed elsewhere. Considering the cost I am shocked that at the quality of the product provided. I am waiting to recieve a response to my complaint but at this point I would really recommend not using this company given the poor quality
