I did ordered an album customize to be deliver the latest the 12/8 and is still showing that is in production. Today is 12/7. We did paid +50 dollars for this to be deliver on time, there is no way to get in contact with them as well.

My planner is literally a crappy spiral notebook with the date on each page. This website is a rip off. Taking beautiful designs and throwing them on cheap crappy materials to make profit should be illegal. I will never purchase another $35.00 “planner” from this scam of a company again. Stay away if you’re a true planner girly. This will disappoint you greatly. I literally almost cried out of anger when I opened my package today. P.s I was conveniently unable to upload images of my purchase despite multiple attempts.

The product itself was great but the customer service is very poor. I ordered a photobook and wanted the giftbox with it but was unable to because it was sold out. I still ordered the photobook anyway, and set up a notification to let me know when the gift box was back in stock. I received the notification and tried to order it only to find out you can only order it with a photobook. I sent an enquiry where it was adviced will get a response within 1 working day. It took 3 days to reply. I had explained the situation and the reply i got was its an upsell item and you cannot order individually. I think the fact the item was sold out when i ordered the photobook an exception could be made to those affected.

Do NOT order from Papier My partner and I ordered a number of personalised leather notebooks for Christmas presents . We ordered from Papier as we had previously used the company for similar items and numerous personalised Christmas cards in the past , so to reorder meant we were extremely happy previously but NOT this time . The items arrived and we immediately noticed one items personalisation was spelt incorrectly ( not our error but papiers) . At the same time we noticed ( our error ) we forgot to add gift boxes . We immediately emailed explaining what had happened and could we purchase the gift boxes to suit the notebooks we had just received ? We were told NO even though we expected to be charged and were willing to pay postage . What a diabolical company to deal with. The notebooks are nice but without the box they are average. With regards to the misprint we were offered a 15% discount ! Why would we accept this when the item is a gift . I think Papier has lost touch with reality or they think they are better than they are . We will never order from this company again and I would urge anyone thinking of ordering from Papier to rethink . Customer service matters particularly in this day and age when it costs so much in marketing to get the customer in the first place . Papier rethink your customer service you are not that special !!

I’ve been a loyal Papier customer for years and have recommended them multiple times, but after my recent experience, I will not be using them again. I ordered 5 leather notebooks and forgot to add gift boxes. I reached out immediately, offering to pay for the boxes and delivery, but was told it’s “not possible” because their website doesn’t allow it. I even said I’d forgo a refund or replacement for a faulty notebook if they could simply add the boxes manually, but they still refused, blaming their system. What makes this worse is that they can manually process a replacement order (which they did for the faulty notebook), yet claim they can’t manually add gift boxes. That’s not a system limitation, that’s a lack of flexibility and willingness to help a loyal customer. Papier’s products are beautiful, but their customer service is rigid and dismissive. A company that prides itself on personalisation should not hide behind “the website doesn’t allow it” for something as simple as adding gift boxes but offer better solutions for customers. After years of loyalty, this experience has left me frustrated and disappointed.

Tried to create a photo album for my parents’ wedding anniversary. The first book had strange symbol typos. The second reprint had blank pages in it and wrong cover font. The third reprint was exactly the same as the second…no corrections made after plenty of time spent chatting with support. Unbelievable. Been trying to add photos to show incompetency but it says it’s not able to upload. Don’t understand that either.

Extremely poor quality. Ordered a photo album. The photo is stuck on and is peeling off already when I opened this. The photos are dark, dull and the printing is a poor quality of photo compared to the photos we have printed elsewhere. Considering the cost I am shocked that at the quality of the product provided. I am waiting to recieve a response to my complaint but at this point I would really recommend not using this company given the poor quality

I’m extremely disappointed with my recent order from Papier. I ordered wedding thank-you cards and uploaded two photos to be printed. When I previewed everything on their website, the images looked clear, bright, and high quality. Unfortunately, what I received was the complete opposite. The printed cards came out very dark, dull, and unclear. The main photo on the front—featuring our faces—was so heavily shaded that you can barely even see us. The quality is embarrassing, and there’s no way we can send these out to our guests. When I reached out to customer service, the only solution they offered was a 15% refund, which amounted to just a few dollars. Considering the entire order is unusable, this response felt dismissive and unhelpful. I expected much better quality and customer care from Papier. Sadly, the cards were a complete waste, and I wouldn’t recommend ordering photo-based products from them.

Don’t order from this place. Especially if you’re in the USA. My wedding photo album arrived with grainy and awful quality printed pictures. Though the files I uploaded were of highest quality from the photographer, Papier didn’t state in the process that they needed an even more specific file type. Only after did I receive product and speak with an entirely unhelpful customer service representative, did they decide to share that info. Additionally, their product said made in the USA. Well, it wasn’t and my item shipped from the UK resulting in me having to pay taxes and duties on import. I wouldn’t have ordered internationally if they hadn’t lied on their website. Overall I’m extremely disappointed with what was supposed to be a sentimental keepsake from our wedding day. Only after did a long discussion did they offer a measly partial refund. Don’t expect high quality from them.

So disappointed by failure to delivery photo book. Very poor experience. Ordered a photo book and paid extra for express delivery. Also allowed a couple of days buffer before granddaughters 1st birthday party - the photo book was a gift. Only for the courier to cancel delivery at 8.30pm the night before after already being a day late on original delivery. Upset that no time is left to organise any sort of alternative. Plenty of better options elsewhere that I will use in future. Not recommended.

First order last year was great but they’ve gone downhill since then and I won’t be using them next time. I ordered a calendar and a photo book which was supposed to be a gift for a family member’s birthday. I paid for express shipping to ensure it arrived beforehand but after several days there was no update on their website. I contacted them and they said that the calendar had a technical error so they wouldn’t be able to print it, they hadn’t realised that they even had the order in their system until I contacted them. They informed me that the photo book would be shipped that afternoon but they still haven’t sent it.

Huge disappointment, the colours on the cover are completely different from the original image colour scheme. The colours inside the pages are washed, the images have lost their deep reach colour, the contrast and boldness. Especially the black and white images have lost their deep contrast. As a professional photographer I wanted to try this product for my personal work and family photography but I won’t buy from Papier again.

If I could give them no stars I would. Ordered a card for our anniversary and made sure I done this a week in advance in case of delays. The card never showed up and was apparently posted first class (which should take up to two days to arrive). I do not believe this company even sent the order out. Very lucky I didn’t order any other items such as the photo books! Avoid this company!!

I ordered personalized notecards from Papier well in advance for an engagement dinner I was hosting. Instead of my order, they sent me someone else’s cards with another couple’s names on them. When I contacted customer service, they admitted the mistake and promised to rush reprint my order so it would arrive by the date I needed. That promise was not kept. The reprint did not arrive on the day they guaranteed, but the day after the dinner. At that point the cards were useless—I had no gift to present at the event I had carefully planned for. The company told me I could simply recycle the incorrect cards I received, which felt careless given the error. While the representatives I spoke with were polite, the service itself was unreliable. If you are ordering from Papier for a time-sensitive or meaningful occasion, be aware that they may not deliver when promised, even after acknowledging a mistake. I would not order from them again.

Customer Service was incredibly frustrating. I ordered a planner from Papier, and there was some complication with the mailing address. I live in a new apartment complex so the courier platform didn't recognize my address and changed it to an address that didn't exist. When I noticed, I tried contacting Papier ASAP. There was no way to contact a live agent, so I used their Chat Bot who said the address was fixed and a live agent would reach out to confirm. When the live agent, Maya, finally responded it was days later and rather than confirming the amended address, she just confirmed the wrong address. I told her to please read the messages with the Chat Bot seeing as I was trying to amend the address. Maya then informed me there was nothing she could do and to contact the Courier service. All these interactions were exacerbated by the fact that it would take another 24 hours to receive response which was always sent around 2 AM PST. I called the Courier and then stated it was being sent with a different courier, so I called that Courier who said that it wasn't being shipped by them and that I needed to contact the Sender to assist in the address change. Long story short, I waited 3 weeks, paid $8 for shipping, and still had my package sent back. When asking Maya what the next steps were, she simply replied I should've contacted Papier sooner and she'll process the refund. Overall, an incredibly difficult process. I understand the need to outsource customer service to AI or other platforms, but this is so frustrating when its all for a simple planner.

Buy from here if you want to ruin a surprise gift for a loved one. Would give zero if I could. Terrible quality product, with multiple defects. Customer service were unhelpful, and I haven't been able to return or get a refund. The item was a gift and ruined the whole purpose (photobook) Glue literally seeping from the middle. Marks all over the book Small rips and tears on the cover For £20!! Avoid avoid avoid Have contacted customer services and only offer 10% refund. Unacceptable when they have delivered a faulty product.
