I really love my photo album, although I was a little disappointed at the quality of some of the images. It seems to be images that were taken on a phone and then expanded to the largest size, but a minimum pixel/image size guide would have been helpful. Also, while the templates were good I found them a little restrictive. And would have loved the option to lay out my images differently. The templates I frequently wanted to use often didn’t allow captions either (despite having enough space as a border) which was annoying.

I love the stationary that I selected but Papier should make it clear that square cards require two stamps! I sent out all my save the dates without knowing that and had many returned. When many people don't know this fact it would be nice for Papier to clearly share that with their customers after they make a purchase. Disappointed in the customer service.

I really like the products I ordered but unfortunately the Shine planner that I ordered didn’t come in the best condition. As soon as I took it out the package I noticed the top of the spine was mashed.

This year selection was meh. I purchased a paper planner two years ago and loved it. I love planner. I was hoping to get the same one. This year the designed has changed and the paper quality is extremely thin. My ink and highlights bleeds through the pages. Now I am stuck with a meh planner. Bring back the 2023 designs.

We received a decent product overall and would recommend it to others. However, if you're creating a photo book as a special gift, be aware that the quality control could be better. Our book arrived with 3-4 unexpected blank pages at both the beginning and the end of each book, even though the preview suggested there would only be one unfilled page. Additionally, we included a poem that appeared fine during the creation process online, but the printed version that we received had missing Unicode characters, showing up as a square with a question mark before each new line of the poem. This suggests that the book probably was not reviewed by a real person before shipping. While the product isn't bad, the quality issues - particularly the odd unicode/hex characters - left us feeling embarrassed when gifting it to the bride and groom.

Very slow delivery compared to my last order which is disappointing. Also, I am not satisfied with the quality of my diary. I previously ordered a hardback which was great but decided on binded. I feel as though the binded ones should be cheaper as they are less durable

It came out almost as expected however the photos were printed darker and with a lower quality, so some of them were harder to see & most were pretty grainy :(

Notebooks, journals and diaries are absolutely beautiful. I always do and will continue to purchase them. I adore the designs and love the fact that you can personalise them. However, I ordered the highlighters recently as part of my order and the moment I opened them brand new and tried to use them, they were entirely dried out! Very disappointed with this as I usually have a great experience with Papier.

I really like the layout of the website and the photo book designs are beautiful. I spent a while editing mine as the website was quite slow loading at times. There was a delay in receiving my photo album, but papier did notify me of this via email and it did arrive eventually a few days late. The paper quality was good, but some of the photographs sadly looked a little grainy. I am overall happy with the product, but I did feel that it was a little on the pricey side. I will most probably order more photo books in the future, but hopefully next time the website will be a little less laggy and slow, and I will be a little more selective of the photos I choose and make sure I select ones with crisper colours.

I designed a photo album with Papier which turned out very pretty. However, delivery came in 4 days later than estimated which was very inconvenient as this was a gift for a particular occasion.

Love my planner! This is my 3rd one I have bought from Papier! My 1st planner was PERFECT because it was a Monday start. My 2nd and 3rd ones were not. So, I wish for Papier to go back to Monday starts please!!

Beautiful product, intuitive and flexible platform and great customer service. Unfortunately took way too long to arrive and missed my son's birthday despite paying for the express delivery. On the plus side the customer service were responsive, apologetic and worked to reslove the best they could.

Diary is usual good quality that I've had in previous years but colours of photos printed on cover not great. Have used same photo before and this one has very orange tones unlike the original photo. Will still use diary but a bit disappointed.
