Diary is usual good quality that I've had in previous years but colours of photos printed on cover not great. Have used same photo before and this one has very orange tones unlike the original photo. Will still use diary but a bit disappointed.

Quality of hardback notebook has gone downhill since last year. Thinner paper, cheaper binding, no longer feels like a quality product. Gutted as I’ve had four previous hardback notebooks which have been great. Papier Customer Service advised me the change was due to supply chain issues and refunded me 15% of the cost. Undecided as to whether I will order again but appreciated their gesture.

Sadly not the standard we have come to expect from previous deliveries. The packaging wasn’t sealed correctly so the back of the planner was bent. It hasn’t affected the usability of the planner and thankfully wasn’t a gift. We also received “over promise, under deliver” on the speed of delivery. All in all, wasn’t impressed

Papier customer service has been very helpful. When my order was stuck in customs, they helped me to reissue another journal and have it sent out to me.

The product is gorgeous. Unfortunately they've started charging for a cardboard box to keep the notelets in. Deeply unimpressed.

I wanted to like my academic planner so much. I love the layout and design. It is beautiful aesthetically, however, the paper is super thin and flimsy. The font and gridlines are crazy thin and light - I'm 28 and its hard for me to read. Finally the front and back cover are also very flimsy they provide no structure for when you are actually using the planner. I took on a whole project just to reinforce them with stronger material.

Notebooks are very beautiful, well made and quality of paper are great. Cheerful covers make my days happy. But unfortunately ballpoint pens are junk. They are beautiful and stylish though, ink is clogged up after I used those for less than a month. Sad.

Although I like their stationary - the photobook wasn't great. Sorry. The photographic prints looked unlike the originals. I'm a photographer, so bound to be too fussy but just saying, I prefer other high st brands if I'm not going pro.

Everything I ordered (invites, guest book and place cards) was really lovely and beautiful. I had an issue with my place cards and papier was really good at resolving this issue. Unfortunately, everything I ordered (in total about 7 orders) from May through August was delayed due to “unforeseen circumstances “. I would understand if papier gave longer times for their products to be made but there were occasions I paid for faster delivery and still everything came late. These delays made it quite stressful when sending invites out as I ended up sending them out a couple weeks later than planned. I ordered the place cards and guestbook allowing for “unforeseen” delays, which there were. I originally wanted to get a table plan and other signage through papier but I didn’t want the stress of not knowing when things would arrive so I went with vistaprint instead - who delivered two days earlier than they said. I still have thank you cards to get, but I don’t want to be further delayed when trying to do something for the wedding so I will probably go elsewhere for these too.

Was a gift and no gift card was inside the package and so the sender didn’t know it was from me. I’m sure the product is lovely but didn’t have the desired effect as a gift WITH a card

Very impressed in the past but the latest card had a very washed out imagine and the paper quality did not seem up to the standard of products received in the past. Overall a little disappointed.

This is probably my 15th purchase and it is the most disappointing. The color of the cover is off and the customization print is also not as pleasing. I love these journals but I don’t like my last one.

Absolutely love the planner, it's got the perfect layout for work and it's pretty and I love that you can customize it. It arrived beautifully wrapped as well. But the very first day I brought it to work, when I pulled it out of my bag the front cover was peeling. I hadn't even written anything in it yet and the front already looked worn and tattered. Very disappointed with how easily that happened.

I was super excited to receive my planner when I placed my order 20 days ago. Unfortunately, there was a problem with the shipping and I have not yet received my planner so it was returned to sender. Papier kindly resent it to me with faster shipping but now my order is delayed so it is supposed to come in next week. Customer service has been helpful, but for the price I paid for shipping and the planner itself this process should not be as frustrating as it has been. I will keep waiting for my planner, but I wish I would have had it since the first day of class last week.

Gorgeous design of my academic planner, but all of the pages are out of order! The organisation makes no sense, some of the months are in the wrong place, so I've ended up just putting sticky notes in it in order to find what I need. Maybe the chaos suits me, but can't say I'm not upset, having waited for a year to get it only to find out that it is much harder to use than I expected without somehow rearranging the pages myself.

Papier has interesting and unique designs and is good quality most of the time. Was not as happy with my spiral bound planner and the quality of it, but have had good experiences with Papier in the past.

The design and quality of the cover is very good, but the paper inside is so thin! I could not find a pen or pencil that is not visible through the paper on the back. Lots of papers show “ghosting” with certain pens, but I could read every letter from the back even when writing lightly in pencil.

I like the customized hard front cover and size of planner. I hate that the pages are a little thin. When I write with the paper mate flare pens or highlights it’s bleeds through to other side slightly. Black and blue ink would pop through too. I also do not like that the lines and wording came in a very light grey causing it to almost disappears once you start to write in the planner. I’ll have to hold off on the 2025 planner.
