“The journal we received had someone else's name on it. I assume that it was a placeholder name that Papier has of the example on their site and because I didn't change it, it defaulted to that (either that or they just sent a journal with the wrong name). If it is the former, they should have some simple backend software that won't let purchases go through unless that name is changed or deleted. Anyhow, my wife wanted to keep it becuase she found it so hilarious.”

“I paid for express shipping and it was delivered >1 week later. Information on the website was misleading and customer support over WhatsApp was not helpful. Look elsewhere if buying as a present on a tight deadline as you may end up empty-handed as I did.”

“Having to organise a three day event in Italy takes some planning. I am very lucky I came across Papier, the printing of my name place cards & table names have been lovely. I found the Company to be very helpful if I had a query and they respond very quickly to any questions. The ordering of the products is straight forward and easy to personalise. Delivery is also good. I'm looking forward to ordering my menus & table plans with them soon!”

“Cards are beautiful but no card I have sent has arrived on time despite paying for first class stamp delivery. Obviously not paying £8 to send a card express, so just opted for a different service now.”

“Shipping and timely manner of product was great. However every page had"add comment or delete" on it. When putting comments it does not delete this and defaults to every page. EXTREMELY frustratring as it was a gift.”
