“This is the second time we ordered from this company. We ordered two wellness journals in the past and a recipe journal most recently. We are so pleased with the quality. “We used Papier for our wedding stationary and it all looked beautiful! When our first table plan and order of events arrived it was severely scratched and the wedding was a week away. The Papier team got back to me immediately and sent out a new table plan and order of events as soon as they could. They arrived in time and were stunning, thank you for your quick response with this. I would recommend their stationary to everyone!”

“Danielle helped by filling in my order and it was delivered quickly. I had made a mistake on my first order and credit was given so I did not have to pay twice Which was extremely generous of Papier”

“I love the mid-year planners! There is a new format this year. The 2023 version had 2 strings, which i got quite used to. The 2024 version only has one. I need 2 bookmarks!! That is why I only gave a 4 star review instead of 5. Im not sure I like the new format, and already know I like 2 bookmarks at minimum for this book. Other than that Papier is awesome!”

“The quality of printed pictures is declining. My (second, replacement) order arrived with all 3 photos showing indents on different parts of the card framing the photograph. Not great”

“My book was a bit bent when it arrived and the printing quality is not very good. The photos aren’t as clear as they should be for high resolution photos. Nice product but I did expect better quality.”

“Not a review about the products themselves, although very pleased, I would like to highlight exceptional service I revived while dealing with a missing package. Danielle was incredibly kind, speedy, and informative when helping me locate my missing package. Not only did she advise me on best steps, she also helped me identify the reason why the package was miss placed and corrected the information. She arranged a new order with expedited shipping so I receive my products in time for a friend’s graduation. Truly impeccable service and I am incredibly grateful.”

“Ive been a longtime customer and in the past few months, ive noticed the quality has gone downhill. The standard envelopes are lighter weight. The spiral notebook is like something you’d get at Staples. Disappointed bc ive been a fan for a long time.”
