“I have just started to buy photo albums from Papier. I am so very pleased with the album's. The quality of the books are just wonderful and such a joy to receive. I find the website easy to navigate and communication is thorough. Delivery is always quick. I definitely recommend Papier and will be purchasing again in the future.”

“I ordered the leather notebooks with personalization for my daughter and friends do graduation. Delivery was sooner than expected, and they arrived each packaged so beautifully—I was thrilled!! The gold press initials are done very well. This turned out to be even more special than I expected! Will absolutely order from Papier going forward!!”

“I’ve purchased a printed photo book and a recipe book from Papier. Both have been so beautifully finished. The photo book was absolutely exquisite and I couldn’t have done it better myself! The pages were lovely and thick, the entire print was customisable, the quality is just perfect. The recipe book is incredible too. I was able to customise the cover and I loved all of the extras they put in for your recipe notes. My only qualm with the recipe book is that I wish it was slightly bigger just so I had more room for writing and notes but that is just a personal preference. Love both of Papier products and would highly recommend!”

“I purchased the mood journal and sleep journal and have started using the mood journal. I’ve never been much of a journaler but have loved my time of slowing down to write and reflect about how I’m feeling. The quality is wonderful and I’m excited to begin using the sleep journal too!”

“The book is lovely, however when personalising there is an issue on the site and I was unable to add a photo to the back. This means I now have a white rectangle on the back of the notebook. This is such a shame.”

“Lovely cards.. however be careful when you choose personalised photo cards. I just ordered one and hasn’t seen all the feint writing on the front. I changed the bold text but on my phone the feint text didn’t show up… so just wasted money on a card that says it’s from someone else.”

“Would not recommend, the notebook was really cheap and flimsy. When I complained, it took days to agree a refund and when I then ordered a replacement with expedited shipping, it failed to arrive and they didn’t care and said it was an issue with the delivery company and they couldn’t help. Much better stationery providers out there for the same price.”

“I liked the product I ordered very much, except for one thing--the paper is not completely fountain pen friendly. There is a slight show-through with fountain pen ink, and I always use a fountain pen. I think it's okay, still readable, but not as attractive as I'd hoped.”

“My delivery was apparently damaged in transit. I received no updates about this, and after a few weeks had passed since I placed the order, I had to track the package to learn that it had been returned to sender due to damage. Papier did not contact me to provide any updates on this. So I still don't know if I will actually receive my order, or when that might happen. I hope and trust I will eventually receive this order, but since you asked...I guess you should know...you asked for feedback before I received the package and before I received any communication from Papier about the delay in the order. Not terrific customer service, but I trust it will work out in the end.”
