“My delivery was apparently damaged in transit. I received no updates about this, and after a few weeks had passed since I placed the order, I had to track the package to learn that it had been returned to sender due to damage. Papier did not contact me to provide any updates on this. So I still don't know if I will actually receive my order, or when that might happen. I hope and trust I will eventually receive this order, but since you asked...I guess you should know...you asked for feedback before I received the package and before I received any communication from Papier about the delay in the order. Not terrific customer service, but I trust it will work out in the end.”

“I absolutely love Papier, I have been getting notebooks for a few years now for journalling. The choice is incredible as there is so much variety and new styles each time I order a new one. The quality is fantastic. I pack it many times a week in my suitcase and it never shows how much it travels with me. I will always use Papier for journals and notebooks because they are amazing! Thank you!”

“The notebook I received was very beautiful but the only complaint I have is that I had paid extra for shipping so it would get here in time for my friend's birthday and the package arrived 2 days later. I was very disappointed to have to go to her birthday party empty-handed.”

“I'm pretty disappointed in the service and quality. I ordered personalised samples and got very random different ones. The overall look was not as impressive as it seems online and the metallic foils don't shimmer as much as I thought they would.”

“I love Papier's daily planner! The habit tracker and meal planner specifically are such helpfuls tool. I've really transformed my days with this planner and on top of that there are such beautiful and fun designs to choose from! Papier products are a little way that I romanticize my to-do list. It's a little bit of a splurge for me to buy their products, but the quality is simply excellent and it's worth every penny, every time.”

“I love the journals! Very high quality. My only gripe is the shipping cost to Canada and my recent shipment had border charges. I unfortunately cannot recommend if you live in Canada due to all the extra costs. I will have to find another brand unfortunately going forward.”

“I loved the design that fit the theme of my event. They arrived looking exactly like I had wished. However I think there should be more font options. Also the envelope font should be offered in more colors and fonts to create a uniform look to the invitation.”
