“Products are great. But that’s if you can receive them. They’ve unfortunately picked the absolute worst courier company in Australia called “Couriers Please”. If you’ve had the unfortunate experience of having someone delivered (if at all) by this company, then you’ll know what I’m talking about. I ordered 2 weeks ago, Couriers Please said they delivered it, no photo evidence, no description where they left it, nothing. You cannot call them, instead fill out a form on their website and wait for a call back. It’s been 5 days and no one has contacted me. I told Papier and they asked me if “have I checked the delivery location?” — sorry, are you serious? Why would I report it as missing if I hadn’t. Amazing. I’m still waiting for a re-order. Couriers Please will not contact you, if it’s lost, you simply have to hope Papier will reorder for you. Papier, out of respect for your customers, choose a better courier Company instead of the cheapest.”

“The 2025 diary for my daughter’s Christmas present has arrived. I am very pleased with it. The paper is of high quality and I really enjoy being able to personalise the front cover for her. The only annoying thing is that it mentions ‘Papier’ inside the box and one cannot get rid of it not change the colour, it’s black. I do not expect advertising to be on the front nor in the title and name panel. The diary is beautifully organised and my daughter uses all aspects of organisation within it. It has become a little Christmas tradition for me to gift her a new Papier diary every year, which she requests.”

“Relatively happy with the books I received. Some of the binding was a bit loose on one of the journals and the other had been bent a bit. Given the price, I’d expect a bit better. However, I was pleased nonetheless.”

“I get all of my classiest stationery from Papier. I’m obsessed with hand written notes for all occasions. It’s the perfect amount of posh meets practical. For example, if I order 24 notecards with the finest card stock, and wait for a little sale, they come out to be approximately $3 USD each. The average decent quality greeting card at the store, mind you, very generic and to be thrown away, is usually two to three times that much. So I’m saving money and giving a classy momento that will be saved and cherished for its beauty and personal touch. I’m in love with this stationery and will consistently buy moving forward.”
