“Very poor quality for the amount you pay. I had to beg for my money back to several members of staff. There’s lots of better stores to go to!”

“I’ve ordered a number of the blue 2025 diaries with a photo grid or photo strip - as Christmas presents - and they’re all (without exception) beautiful… I hope my friends/family will be as delighted with them… as I will be… giving them!”

“My planner for 2024 was delightful. My new one for 2025, not so much. The print is so light I can barely see it. I will admit I am disapointed. And I was so thrilled with 2024.”

“I ordered a personalized recipe journal and the recipient said it was the best present ever, and she cried. The paper is really high quality, as is the binding (so many different covers to choose from!) and we both especially liked the categories in the recipe journal and space for personal notes. This will be my go-to gift for anyone who likes to cook. It would also make a fantastic hostess present. Shipping was really fast so it's easy to order somewhat on the spur of the moment.”

“Personalised a notebook as a Guest Book for a new home. Recipient loved it. Nice quality, well presented and packaged and quicker delivery than estimate given. Landscape plain and lined notebooks might be nice?”

“Disappointed with the rollerball pen and refills. Be warned: the tip of the pen is very rough on paper, offering zero smoothness, which completely ruins any pleasure in using it. It’s not worth the money - many cheaper alternatives perform much better.”

“Dissappointed. I uploaded a high quality photo but the resolution on the resulting card was grainy and poor. I ordered like 100 of these so money completely wasted.”

“Obsessed with these designs. I love the hardcover, and the fact they have lots of flowery design options, and that you can choose weekly calendars or daily calendars. Wish they had the same options for spiral though. I wanted a specific design and they only had it for the calendars but not the spiral notebooks”

“The calendar I received came bent - both the paper and the wire at the top. When I tried to flatten it, the wire cut my finger. Last year’s calendar also arrived bent. I will not be purchasing from Papier again.”
