“I love all things Papier! I found that family and friends love receiving hand written notes on my personal paper. The paper and card used does not bleed through ink from my fountain pen. It's so easy to send off quick emails and get a response a moment later but 'slow letters' are more thoughtful and can be kept by the recipient. I would encourage anyone to write rather than type personal letters and beautiful personal stationery is just the icing on the cake!”

“I’ve always been very satisfied with Papier product quality, but my most recent purchase was a “black” planner except it doesn’t look like a rich black as it appeared on the website but more of a faded black/slate gray color”

“I’ve ordered a personalised diary from Papier for the last 7 years - I love the variety of designs and the ability to customise the font size and style. I was disappointed this year that the papier logo is included on the front of the diary now as well as the back and there is no option remove it. Having my name on the front for me felt empowering - it’s in investment I make for myself, it’s something for me/about me and a reminder to focus on myself and I really adore the diaries I purchased over the years. Adding the logo takes some of that away - its feel commercial, an ad placement and less personalised. It’s less about me it’s about Papier selling diaries. There was a nice subtlety about the logo ont the back and I like the logo itself but I felt disappointed with the change for this year when it could easily have been a customisable option for those that would like to keep it on there. For me it made the diary less special, less personal.”

“I bought a personalised diary as a gift. When it arrived I have to say I was disappointed at the quality. For the price, I had expected the quality of the cover and pages to be thicker. I am aware I could have chosen the hard cover version, but I wanted the sprial bound for ease of lying flat on a surface to write in.”

“Unfortunately I am not happy with the Papier calendar experience, the delivery was slow and the fact that a calendar had the wrong dates in the grid was upsetting. I am still waiting for the replacement calendars and am not sure when they will arrive, no update has been given.”

“Back in the day, papier had the perfect planner! I have been purchasing my yearly planner from Papier for 5 years now. It is disappointing to see how the quality went down over the years. It’s no longer hard leather, the papers are thinner, etc. I will not be purchasing 2026 planner again.”
