“Good but envelope liner is printed,”

“Relatively happy with the books I received. Some of the binding was a bit loose on one of the journals and the other had been bent a bit. Given the price, I’d expect a bit better. However, I was pleased nonetheless.”

“The paper is excellent quality but only worth buying when there is a sale. Also I sent it as a gift and my gift message was not in the box so my friend had to guess who sent it.”

“I get all of my classiest stationery from Papier. I’m obsessed with hand written notes for all occasions. It’s the perfect amount of posh meets practical. For example, if I order 24 notecards with the finest card stock, and wait for a little sale, they come out to be approximately $3 USD each. The average decent quality greeting card at the store, mind you, very generic and to be thrown away, is usually two to three times that much. So I’m saving money and giving a classy momento that will be saved and cherished for its beauty and personal touch. I’m in love with this stationery and will consistently buy moving forward.”

“Am only giving the low mark, because p ordered November 23rd and they shipped UPS and tracking has it in Canada, I reached out to Papier, they told me 10th December it would be delivered by the 10th of de ember but the UPS tracking still has it arrived Canada but no movement. Am concerned I will not receive this at all or in time for christmas.”

“I ordered one of the small photo books for a keep sake hen gift, however it never arrived. I have since contact customer services who have said they will arrange for a new one to be sent and I sent don’t have the book or a dispatch email. The book in question was originally ordered on 24th November! I have always brought my diaries/party accessories from you but I have never experienced this before. I would like to gift the bride for the wedding instead but I’m now worried it won’t arrive in time”

“Some of the edges of our cards were ragged. Papier logo on the back is too large and can't be changed. More importantly, the return addresses printed on the envelopes were all blurry. Customer service is hard to reach if you are in the US. Will not order again.”

“Papier is great. I had to reach out to customer service and they were quick to respond and really helped to answer my questions. I was astounded at how quickly I received replies and how great the experience was. Their customer service team is top notch. I LOVE my hardback planner! It is beautiful, stylish, personalized and organized! I love that it has a double-bookmark because I like to reference the monthly calendar and the week - so it makes flipping back and forth easier. The only thing I would change would be to put the monthly calendar directly ahead of each month in weeks instead of gathering all 12 months together and then rolling into each week of the year. This planner is affordable when compared to other cute planners. It feels sturdy. The hardback binding is flexible on the interior which makes it really easy to write on the left page (if you're right handed) without your hand being stopped by the other side of the book. I am actually really happy with the quality and outcome! 10/10 recommend!”

“Cover is pretty but that’s about it. Paper is so extremely thin that it leaves this planner useless. The way it is laid out is also awful. Why would the month and the weeks of that month be separated? Makes 0 sense”
