“Had an issue with a printed callander - This was resolved very quickly and the assistant was very helpful and clear what she wanted. The issue was resolved stress free and very quickly.”

“Great choices, I love the pages format and delivery was super quick. That being said, for the price, I was expecting better print quality on the cover. Unfortunately, I don’t think I’d buy again. Really wanted to love it.”

“My suggestion is that your shipping package be waterproof. My package is a gift to my granddaughter. Unfortunately, we weren't home when it was delivered, and it rained. The paper packaging was soaked, and the rain entered the gift.”

“I absolutely love Papier I’ve been wanting to order since last Christmas but didn’t have the right funds now I do I finally ordered a photo book on the 10th and due delivery dispatch date was dec 12th with an estimated delivery date of dec 18th I was notified of delivery to be here on the 16th and haven’t received any new package tracking updates since the 12th. Very eager to gift this for Christmas and really excited to see papiers work! Hopefully it gets here before Christmas”

“Service was fantastic. However I thought the notebook was overpriced for what it was. Was actually disappointed when I opened an A4 package and saw it was only A5.”

“I have usually had good experiences with Papier but have had problems with 2 expensive card orders...usually upon dispatch. The original order did not reach me at all and appeared to have a tracking issue and the subsequent replacement order has taken ages to arrive. Papier would benefit from reviewing its courier arrangements”
