“The most beautiful diary!! Absolutely gutted I have only found this company this year, but I know I will buy one every year going forward - it’s so beautiful I even bought one as a gift. Pictures don’t do it justice, the quality is incredible, and I love how personalised it can be. Very easy website to order from, and quick delivery to Ireland wrapped in gorgeous packaging.”

“Paper products are such high quality, personal and meaningful. I adore my personalised gratitude journal that I received as a gift to mark my 1 year sobriety birthday and have just bought a new one for 2025! It has become part of my morning meditation and nightly reflection to fill it out and I treasure what a beautiful record it is filled with prompts for letters to myself, gratitude challenges and 30 day reviews.”

“Sticky notes are horrible! They don't stick to surfaces well, especially paper which is ironic considering that's what they're for. I would avoid this product. All of the other various journals and day planners I've purchased throughout the years are 5/5 lovely! High quality, nice paper and enough room to write.”

“I could not be happier with my purchase. I was able to change the book purchased changing its colour, the words placed onto it and the font which I loved. I was able to make it very personal to my sister who adored this gift when I gave it. The book itself was as pictured and was of high quality on arrival. Thank you”

“I ordered a lovely planner as a gift but did not have it personalized (unintentionally). After receiving it I realized my error. This planner was not used, damaged or personalized. The company refused to allow me to return it stating because it is an item that can be customized, even tho it wasn’t, it can’t be returned.”

“Shocking service. Ordered two photo calendars (with express delivery) on 15 Dec which were due to arrive by 19 Dec. Chased Papier when I had no shipping information which ended in DPD and Papier blaming each other and me without my Christmas gifts. At no point did Papier look into the issue or try to help me get these before Christmas and I believe they were never actually dispatched. Have since re-ordered elsewhere. Avoid!”

“Be leery of buying items that are on sale. I purchased a few things that were on sale. I was sent the wrong item. I asked for them to send me the correct product. They said it was out of stock and I would have to repurchase item at full price when it’s back in stock because they were only giving me a refund for the sale price even though the mistake was their fault. I think this company has fine products but their business is unethical.”
