Poor customer service, I was lied to and had documentation. They kept giving me the run around until the product (gift) was delivered 2 weeks late. Kept telling me they would refund it because it didn't arrive on time, but they did not and asked if I wanted a refund in every message. In every message I detailed the late delivery and affirmed I wanted a refund. I never received one. When the product finally arrived, I was told I could only have a refund if I returned the item. Then, to top it off, items were missing from the order and it was extremely overpriced for the poor quality of the items received. I will never recommend or order from them again!

I am so impressed with the prompt and friendly customer service provided over the busy Christmas period. The personalised diary I received was really beautiful (my favourite diary yet), but there was a slight issue with the pages - it had possibly been damp before delivery. I contacted customer services via WhatsApp on Christmas Eve and within minutes they had arranged for a replacement to be sent to me as a priority. I’m really looking forward to receiving the new diary because the quality both inside and out was brilliant, and having it personalised with photos of my daughter makes it really special.

Was very excited for my new planner, paid for the expedited shipping. It arrived earlier than estimated which was awesome! Unfortunately I despise this planner and won’t be using. The set up was not what I expected and the pages are see through. I should have got an unpersonalized planner to start, so returning was an option but I was expecting to love it based on reviews. A very expensive mistake.

Wow! Having never used Papier before, they have been amazing!! Their customer services team are phenomenal, so so helpful and friendly. I would really recommend papier, and I will 100% be using them again.

2nd year in a row ordering my journal and notebook for the new year from Papier. I am really happy with the quality and the many designs you can choose from. Additionally, I like that you can personalise most of the Papier items.

Really disappointed in the quality of print on most of the personalized items I got. The spiral notebooks are far worse than the hard back or whatever you’d refer to them as. The spiral notebook front is a plastic material and it’s very low audit. I can see all the printing errors where the coloring is split. Really dissatisfied about it and they’re supposed to be gifts. I spent $180 on something that I thought would be high quality but the photos they put on the website do not accurately depict what you’ll be getting in person.

I loveee the design and that your able to customize the book you picked out. It came very quick and I didn’t have a problem with any way that it arrived. I love papier and I will definitely use you guys again!

I placed this order in November and it 3 days before Christmas and my order has not yet arrived. The shipping needs to improve. Would not recommend this company to anyone in the US.

I’ve had a mostly positive experience with Papier. Their designs are stunning, and it’s clear that a lot of thought and care goes into their products. The delivery time was faster than expected, and the packaging is impeccable, making the unboxing experience delightful. The customer service team is incredibly responsive and helpful, promptly addressing any concerns or issues. However, there are areas for improvement, such as the consistency in print quality and the durability of some products. I also find the thinness of the pages and the silk finish not ideal for certain uses, as it can impact visibility and usability. Overall, Papier offers beautiful, high-quality products, and their excellent customer service makes them a brand I’d consider again.

A month after I ordered my item, they reordered it, which means that my order will be arriving in two months. It was supposed to be a gift. Way late... and no explanation or compensation... my last time ordering from papier! I do not recommend it to anyone!
