“I ordered a personalised diary for me and a personal recipe journal for my daughter. Both beautiful quality, good value and they arrived so well packaged. My only criticism would be that the recipe journal would be better split into foods - meat, starters, fish, bakes, soups, puddings etc - rather than meals. Not many people have breakfast recipes and most main meals cover lunch or dinner. I love my new diary though, especially as there is room for contacts and notes in the back.”

“My Christmas card order hasn't been delivered, the tracking into just says that DPD are waiting for the package and no one from Papier will respond to me. I've used them before with no problems but this is a disaster. There is no phone number to call so I keen on emailing to no avail.”

“I cannot get hold of anyone - I ordered a gift 3 weeks ago - it says it was due to be delivered 4 days ago. There is no tracking and if you call it says to chat, live agents not available - awaiting an email and worried about £100 worth of gifts not being sent. Terrible terrible service and no gifts!”

“I've orders a few journals from Papier now and they are amazing quality for the price! The binding doesn't fall apart like other companie's do! I've gotten them a lot faster than the recommended delivery date as well!”

“I wanted to love my daily planner, but I will be purchasing something else, and try to find a use for this one. My main, and significant, disappointment is that the ink on the pages is so light it is hard to see, and nearly impossible in slightly dim light. What’s wrong with black ink, to see the page set up? Or even charcoal, if black doesn’t suit your fancy? Secondly, when designing online, the brightness/value of the color options for the customization type didn’t reflect quite accurately. The font and color I chose showed up well online, but when seeing the product I clearly needed a brighter color. I think the materials are of good quality, but due to barely being able to see the page print color, I won’t be ordering again.”

“Excellent product but I was slighly dissapointed that the 7 sets that I purchsed were all wrapped up and packaged together with all the cards in one pack and all the envelopes in another. I would give a rating of 5 starts if each set had been packaged and wrapped individually.”

“We ordered a sample save the date and loved it. Our order was delayed due to an issue with the printer, then once it arrived there was a clear fault with the save the date with a pink line through the centre of the card. We were provided with a re-printed batch, but these are still not the same as the origional sample we had ordered. The customer service were great, but we will most likely order wedding invitations fom else where.”
