My suggestion is that your shipping package be waterproof. My package is a gift to my granddaughter. Unfortunately, we weren't home when it was delivered, and it rained. The paper packaging was soaked, and the rain entered the gift.

I absolutely love Papier I’ve been wanting to order since last Christmas but didn’t have the right funds now I do I finally ordered a photo book on the 10th and due delivery dispatch date was dec 12th with an estimated delivery date of dec 18th I was notified of delivery to be here on the 16th and haven’t received any new package tracking updates since the 12th. Very eager to gift this for Christmas and really excited to see papiers work! Hopefully it gets here before Christmas

Service was fantastic. However I thought the notebook was overpriced for what it was. Was actually disappointed when I opened an A4 package and saw it was only A5.

I have usually had good experiences with Papier but have had problems with 2 expensive card orders...usually upon dispatch. The original order did not reach me at all and appeared to have a tracking issue and the subsequent replacement order has taken ages to arrive. Papier would benefit from reviewing its courier arrangements

Good products, overall. There are some choices around formatting and categories that need some testing/insight, it seems. But, in general, a wide selection and a good level of product.

I ordered a diary as a Christmas gift on the 6th December, with an estimated delivery date of 16th. Still not been dispatched… I emailed and they’re refunding me postage but I still don’t have a delivery date and have to buy another gift because who knows when it’ll arrive!! Disappointed & out of pocket, my friend however will be over the moon with two gifts 🎁

Ordered a personalized book as a present. Unfortunately there is a small bit of damage on the binder. I am currently deeming this minor but as a gift it is a bit disappointing. I have no doubt the damage is from the post man wedging it in the letter box, but the item is not well protected. Bubble wrap would have protected it better. Thanks

My order was due to be sent on the 11th December and due to arrive on 19th December. It’s now not due until the 23rd. We will now be away and won’t receive it in time. It’s for Christmas presents. I’m extremely disappointed!! I can’t even begin to explain how upset and angry I am!

Every year my daughter in law requests a calendar and/or journal. I personalize it and the quality is fabulous. I would recommend them. Excellent quality.

I ordered a photo book and Papier did not disappoint! The quality was lovely, my photos looked great quality in the book considering they were captured on my phone. The only issue I had was the upload system was hard to use on my phone. Love my book 🥰

Customization (gold ink) is not crisp, spacing of letters is inconsistent, leather is acceptable quality. Interior layout of months is not ideal - overviews for each month should be sorted by month, not layout type. Eg, January should have day/week/goals/notes section, all inclusive.

I ordered a customized recipe journal for my sister for christmas and it was due to be delivered dec 10 apparently but it still says on its way on the UPS website and won’t update a delivery date
