“Unconscionable that a higher end stationary vendor wouldn’t offer matching, high quality envelopes! Insanity to pay for extra thick card stock, then be forced to pair with flimsy, unlined, unmatched envelopes?!! We’ve always appreciated the whimsy, originality + quality of Papier but are now looking for other vendors. Bummer!”

“Terrible experience, book never arrived ruining a special birthday gift. Poor customer service with no idea of when it might arrive and no thought to give discount to make up for what had happened. I’ve used CEWE to make it instead, much better than Papier”

“My daughter always chooses your diary as her "Secret Santa" present! She is a Community Nurse and this diary is excellent quality and lasts for the whole year, still looking stylish and strong even in December! Having a personalised name on the front makes it extra special. The diary arrives very well packaged too.”

“Check your spelling!!! I noticed an error in the date that I used on my wedding thank you cards after it was printed and shipped! The font was small and even after checking, still didn’t catch it before they arrived. I ended up cutting the written section off to save myself the money in reprinting.”

“I’ve just received six photo-designed diaries through the post - and am absolutely thrilled with them… as I’m sure the Christmas recipients (friends and family) will be too. Such beautiful stationary, so tasteful, and delightful to receive… plus my order was processed and delivered impressively quickly - particularly at this busy time of year. The perfect company for Christmas, Easter and birthday presents - and cards! And if you need to check anything their bot and customer services team are super helpful too.”

“My husband and I have ordered a few photo books of our wedding photos and have been very happy with the quality. One of the albums was unfortunately damaged, however the customer service we received from Maya has been excellent. Very quick response time and have organised a replacement to be sent to a new address so it arrives in time as a gift.”

“My products came BEFORE the expected delivery time and one of the journals I had ordered had misprinted my personalisation. The customer service has been incredible! Replied and sorted the issue within an hour! I’ve never had online support like this before. Completely free of charge and they’ve refunded my delivery fee. Very happy and I can’t wait for my new journal to arrive in the mail.”

“I have previously ordered cards from papier and geh have been of excellent quality however the card quality wasn’t anywhere as good and the picture wasn’t great printed either. Not what I expected from papier.”

“Love these planners, had my eye on them for a few years but was disappointed to find they don’t have large ones! I got one as a gift for a friend and the design is beautiful and the paper is really really nice. I would recommend this but not for someone who needs more space to write. These are a bit pricey though too.. I can’t imagine what a larger planner would cost”

“The paper quality is mediocre, not great. It is thin and feels unsubstantial. I wonder how tattered this planner will be in 6 months? I chose to upload photos and the quality of the printing was poor. I would not re-order this planner again and in fact, have just re-ordered from the company I used last year. Though they are located in Sweden, more expensive, and it will take some weeks to receive, the quality was far better and worth it.”
