Avoid avoid avoid! Terrible service! They give you an interval of 9-5.30 for collection and then no couriers/drivers turned up. After waiting all day, they didn't even bother to contact you with an explanation or even apologising for the inconvenient of not showing up. After many tries, I've managed to speak with support staff on a chat, whom were very rude and unhelpful. They say it's not possible to contact with drivers during their service. I asked them if they are aware of phone calls or even GPS to track them and their answer was: "Oh? I didn't realise there were phone numbers." It's very hard to make transactions with this company and also communicating with them. Here is their phone number in case if you need it: +44 1204488907. The only positive point was their quick action for a refund.

Total shambles. Unable to drop off a parcel and was told to contact customer services. What a joke that was. There's no phone number, they avoid complaints by having their complaints number disconnected and their chat response time is atrocious. Avoid these charlatans at all costs. I'll never do business with them agin.

Worst experience I could have possibly imagined. DO NOT USE I sent 4 parcels containing TV screens to Italy via DPD and booked through Parcel2 go My [parcels were not collected and I wasn't notified, when I then contacted Parcel2go they told me to speak to DPD and refused to do anything about this. After getting my parcels collected 5 days later than they should have been I asked for an express to be applied for the trouble it caused me and this was refused by Parcel2go along with no compensation in regards to the original problem. To top it all off my parcel arrived in Italy with a smashed TV, which I thought would be covered by the expensive contents insurance that I had added to my delivery but oh no! According to parcel2go TV screens are on a no compensation list apparently so they let me insure my packages for over £100 even though they wouldn't cover the contents which I had clearly listed they were. They also will not now refund me the insurance that they shouldn't have charged me for in the first place knowing they can't insure my items. Absolutely fuming with the level of service and the fact you can't even phone them and all this correspondence is via resolver makes it even worse. Complete joke of a cow boy company their MD should be ashamed.

My parcel was collected on 5/10/2018. 3 days later, it is still at the collection depot. I have tried unsuccessfully to phone, no joy. My parcel is to deliver in UK. and this service is pathetic. I will NOT use this company again.

Con artists Charged me for a service they didn't provide; booked next day delivery and parcel wasn't collected for 3 days! Lost my item. Took 3 months to review the case. Then refused a refund even though I submitted receipts and had item cover. Meanwhile I had to refund the buyer so am now double out of pocket. I will never again use their service. Should of stuck to, and in future will only be using Royal Mail. Absolutely furious! Not worth the star I had to submit

Ordered a courier which arrived a week later from the original pick up time. The package then disappeared and can't contact anyone. Complete Scam, Where is my parcel!!

Lost my item. Kept promising there's an 'investigation' into my item. Yet every time I contact them they say we will open an investigation. Literally never heard anything from them. Contact them for the 8th time? We will open an investigation. Almost sounds like a prophecy. Yet this investigation never happened and my items never came. Want to make a claim for a lost item? Sure - you need to open an investigation first though. What happened to the investigation already opened? No this is the first time your opening and investigation. .... You get the picture. Ok fine Hermes provides a £25 base cover can I claim for that at least? No we're P2G we don't reimburse even if the courier would (!) Absolute scamsters avoid.

The worst service I have ever had. Should change their name to parcel4go, because they showed little interest in collecting my parcel. For 2 days in a row they claimed to not be able to find my house to collect a parcel. I live on a main road.....They had my phone number....And if you put my postcode in google it goes straight to my house every time, without fail. You could sense the disdain in the "live chat".....Just was not interested in solving their problem, they were just trying to apportion blame. I cancelled on the second night of waiting and sent my parcel myself the next morning. Guess who turned u later that afternoon to pick up the parcel...And once I had tried to explain in plain english to the guy in words he could understand with the help of sign language to go away he even had the cheek to ask me if I knew where his next pickup was...he needed my help!!!!....So I told him to go away again

Absolutely horrific service. AVOID THIS COMPANY AT ALL COSTS! My parcel was lost. After two months of wasting hours of my life on their extremely flaky live chat system and sending emails back and forth (there is no phone number you can call), I was informed that I could not claim any compensation asI had not taken out extra cover (despite the ParcelForce Express 48 service that I had booked usually including £100 cover for loss). Really dreadful service, a nightmare to deal with, and has left me £160 out of pocket.

     Very dishonest company Very dishonest company. Told lies about the van driver picking up then a live chat had information which proved they where not being honest I tried to have the transcscript sent to my email it wasnt sent really really dishonest company then they told me I couldnt really complain about them because they are a private company not covered by a complaints body they deal with complaints themselves. Really really dishonest company.

I've gotten so used to good company service that I forgot what bad service looks like. Posted package two months ago, paid for priority. Package has not arrived at this point. Parcel2go won't pay until the package is declared lost. The thing is, we discovered that they needed to request that information from the delivery company within 30 days. Which they didn't seem to do, given that neither the package or compensation has arrived. The package may still arrive, but it's been a massive time waste for the receiver and I to get this far. If you'd like a simple insurance service, then I suggest someone else.

Parcel didnt arrived on time. DPD is telling me I should blame P2G and they saying there is no blame lol Parcel should have been collected on 26th and delivered on 28th - never happened as dpd never came. Next day collection came to the wrong door, so 15min before closing depot I went to drop off 12x boxes 30kg each to the depot! Embarrassing for both companies I believe. I have waisted between 4 and 5 hours on the telephone, waisted money on petrol, waisted a days off from work and had to pay someone for carrying boxes for me! I have paid extra for delivery guaranty and I cant get refund! Been disconnected from live help team a few times, the only what they offered is 20 pound as a good gesture?!! I have been informed that I am not entitled for refund as the delivery time moves forward when the collection date moves forward? It was about delivering date and not collection date so this shouldn't be my problem, I am not the one who is in charging over there. Both companies should take a blame. I have struggled even to receive the contact details just so I could take it further! Shame shame! As I can see I am not the only one who lost a lot by using both services?! Now I know myself why P2G and DPD is having such a bad reputation!!!!

The collection did not happen on time and it was on a friday and had no way to reschedule. I was literally trying to bring all my stuff down to London as I had moved out. Made my partner cancel a shift to wait for the damn collection and it just didn't happen. Very disappointed. Very poor customer service. They didn't even call to inform me that the collection won't take place any longer.

Disgusting company!!! Forced me to take two days off work to wait for an extremely important delivery!!!! Was home on the 26th, noone showed however the UPS driver put a note saying he would try again tomorrow???? Forced to take the day off and waited till 5pm with no word. Tried to contact parcel2go and absolutely no contact method possible at all how f* disgusting for a company! UPS dose in fact have a contact number (shocking I bet parcel2go are thinking) and their customer service rep said its been out for delivery but now been taken back to the depo at 5pm WTF??!! Two f* failed attempts and no way of contacting them, absolutely f* disgusting!! Never again mickey mouse C*s

Its the customer service team - they're where the problem lies. Uncaring, rude, inefficient and frequently bare face liars. Staggering just how little they seem to understand the workings of couriers when they work in this environment daily I frequently recommended their website to our customers to send equipment into us for repairs - never again, not until major changes have taken place in their service teams mentality

This is a rubbish company. They have lost 3 of my parcels, worth £500 al together, and they not gonna give any compensation. Avoid!!!

Parcel was not collected, could not rebook via the website. I had to contact. She offered to rebook for me but could not guarantee a collection. Terribler service. Time will tell whether they fail to collect again.
