Even small cases should be taken seriously. Simply Not happy with a service: failed to deliver , no refund, wasted a month time.

Appalling service. I went to P2G after Hermes lost 2 items. After 3 failed collections (some stating that the parcels were not ready as we were sat looking at them !!) I gave up and sent by good old Hermes (I will not criticise you again !!) I struggled to even get to the right people to talk to, waited in queues the list is endless. Had one refund but still another one outstanding. If my business performed like that I would expect to be Kicked. This has turned into a matter of principal with me and I will take you to court for a tenner trust me

Really bad company!!! Any problems, they just say sorry to hear this and thats the end of that. No compensation, done nothing to resolve the issue. Even rude customer service on the live chats that just say i cannot help you further and just offer's to close the chat. Or they keep passing you onto another person. Collection was booked and re-booked 6 more times and parcel has still not been collected. Very bad services, please please try to avoid this company.

They lost my son’s parcel... and I’ve lost count of the number of emails and weeks it took to get the issue resolved.

the stupidest service , they ask me to upload the documents , but the site is not working as should for 4 weeks and they were informed, they have received all documents per email, but it doesn´t count! So just rejected the pay for the damage. Don´t trust this company, you will lose your parcel, your money and your time!

Parcel2go lost my parcel then it took 3 months to get a refund (still only got my carriage refunded, not yet the value of the item). Terrible systems and service.

Parcel2go is a very dishonest courier. The status of the item is "delivered" while i didnt receive anything!!

I paid over £30 (including insurance) for a parcel valued at £200 to be picked up and delivered to my home. The parcel was never delivered so I started an enquiry. After a week, I was informed that the parcel was lost so they would start a claim. I uploaded all of the document they asked for, but heard nothing for 3 weeks. Three on-line chats later (one lasting an hour and another lasting over 2 hours) I was told that due to the high value of my claim, they would be doing a 'secondary search' for my goods - which I have already had to replace and no longer require. They refuse to give me a date by which my claim will be paid, and refuse to give me contact details for their complaints dept. Their service is appalling, and if I could give them zero stars I would. If anyone can help me with details of their complaints dept. or how I go about taking legal action against them, I would very much appreciate it.

Extremely disappointed Extremely disappointed. I have been using parcel 2 go for a few years know, with 3 of my companies. Not anymore. I sent a parcel to the channel islands, which did not get delivered on time. I had spoken to the customer service team, to be assured that it was delayed but it was on its way, after a few days my customer, still did not receive their parcel. After getting back in touch with them, i was told the parcel was lost and i would have to put in a claim. Even though i think it is highly unlike for a parcel to get "lost", i put in the claim with the same day, and put in the documents they asked for, which there website kept denying! After 2 weeks, i still had not heard anything from them about the claim process, so i again had to contact them, to find out what was taking so long. To then be told my parcel had been found and would be returned to the collection. This is actually a positive outcome for me, would prefer my stock back then the money from them! I was told it could take up to 14 days for the parcel to be returned. So nearly a month and half later from the date i booked in the collection, i still had not received my items back, or had anyone get in contact with me. So again i contacted them through online chat, which is the only way to actually get in contact with them, which is also hard to find on there website! Someone pretty much told me to wait a little longer as it takes up to 14 days for the items to be returned, but i asked to be put through to the claims department who then told me, what was showing up on my screen, "your order has been found", when actually it had not been found and nothing was being returned and i had to take the claim of £20 or the prepaid £22 (ye right), after wasting my time for a month and half, with no communication, not a phone call or an email to tell me what was actually going. If i could give them no stars i would!!! i will not be using them again!

Terrible service from both Parcel2go and the courier they work with specially HERMES! Two items sent were lost and they make very difficult to make refund claims still waiting for my money back so try to avoid them is you can!

I would strongly advise you to avoid using this company. I paid £60 for them to ship my parcel next day via courier, tracked and fully insured. My parcels were undelivered as they were unable to be accepted by the recipient due to the condition they were in. They were returned to me shortly after and they were severely damaged to the extent I was unable to sell them or use them myself. The company did not offer me any compensation on the basis that my parcels nature was on the ‘no compensation’ list. This list basically contains anything and everything one might want to ship. I therefore lost the value of my parcel and the delivery charges, a total of £400. The customer service throughout was extremely poor, some of the worst I have ever encountered. AVOID, AVOID, AVOID

If only I could give zero stars.... I send a package to be delivered and signed for, which is neither delivered or signed by the intended recipient, so fraudulently signed for, and now disappeared parcel... Customer service is a joke. Fingers crossed it’s out of business soon NEVER EVER EVER USE

I like to think that we are all allowed to make mistakes, but it's the way we deal with them that count, Unfortunately Parcel2go don't deal with them they just fob you off! Oh by the way reviews.co.uk your wasting your them asking them to respond to show they care as it is obvious they don't give a dam!

RUBISH AND WAIST OF TIME !!!. I posted parcel thru them on 6.08.2018 abroad parcel after a month been sent back to UK. Today is 29.10.2018 it passed 85 days . I contacted them several times they opened investigation and closed as item delivered once. on another they ask me to wait as the time frame for claim form not passed yet. Our company post over 200 packages a week but not thru them. I posted 3 parcels within 6 months via parcel2go . and problems come straight away. Customer service is rubbish as well.

DO NOT USE!!The worst company I have ever dealt with. Lost my insured parcel but after countless emails, being asked for the same info, over and over again. Still no refund and now telling me outside of 28 day limit due to there delays!!!! I will never use them again.

Aboloutley horrendous service. DO NOT USE EVER . Parcels collected , supposed to be delivered to us in France . Didn’t turn up on allocate day. backwards and forwards with chat line. Told several different stories , it had been lost , then found, then going to be sent back to where it started off. As this was an international parcel would take 2 to 8 weeks as this was an international parcel. I di actually point out to the chat line operative that it hadn’t even left the UK , according to the tracking service it was ‘ at the HUB ‘ This did actually happen , just dumped outside the house and a note pushed through letter box . Person where it was picked up from and delivered back to was in all day . I spoke to chat line and then put on to claims department who confirmed at 17.38 by e mail that we would get money back within 5 working days . I also got an e mail at 17.28 that the claim had been rejected telling me that the parcels had been received by recipient . The parcels were for me in France not going to same address her they had been collected from . Absolutely ludicrous service , will never ever use them again. Total rubbish ! Can not believe how much stress this has caused me and my family Now trying to get refund via Resolver ...Martin Lewis website service

I arranged collection for a parcel and no one came for 2 days that I waited in. They were unable to tell me why the delivery failed, could not give any details of this. I have ended up cancelling and waiting for a refund,

I would give this company zero stars if I could. Absolutely shocking. They act as a middle man for various courier companies and the service they provide is so poor you would be better dealing directly with a courier company. I recently paid £15 for next day delivery of a parcel with Collect+ via Parcel2Go. I dropped the parcel off at a drop off point but it never arrived at the destination. I opened a claim and it took over a month for Parcel2Go and the courier company to admit the parcel had been lost. It then took another 2 weeks to get a refund and they only gave me a partial refund! not for the full amount. No phone number to be able to call them. Only online chat which can take over an hour to speak to the right person. They're a complete joke. DO NOT USE!

DO NOT USE Parcel2Go!!! I got them to collect my order, FRAGILE stickers plastered all over, the box was squashed & contents completely broken/battered upon arrival. Disgusting service, parcel was obviously thrown around

Appalling! Had collection booked for Monday - didn't turn up, no communication, nothing - re booked for today - again no show. Sana on live chat only offered to rebook yet again but cannot guarantee collection. What an absolute waist of time. Now have to deliver item myself as unlike Parcel2go I value my customers.
