Truly TERRIBLE service. AVOID Booked a collection. Courier didn’t show. Rebooked collection. another no show. No explanation provided. Customer service just told me to rebook. You can’t even call them as they refuse to give out a telephone number.

I sent a parcel 2 weeks ago and even paid extra for cover. The parcel never arrived. I was told that it had been mislaid by the courier (a subcarrier I suspect) and joy of joys it had been found. The next email told me that it had now been delivered - well not to the recipient it hadn't. I spent over an hour and a half on Monday trying to find out what had happened. Once I was cut off completely. Eventually I was informed that a claim would be made out and could I come back to the live chat section. This I duly did and after yet another hour was told I had been passed through to the Claims where I was then told I needed proof of purchase and various other things though this was not mentioned when I paid and took out cover. I am totally disgusted with the response and am wondering about taking this further - perhaps the Small Claims Court. I had intended to post some Christmas gifts through this company but I would certainly not darken their doors again.

Damage parcel. Didn't contact me. They said they would return it and they didn't. then after a month they decided it was lost. Was a 1.5 metre parcel. Near impossible to contact them. Terrible customer service.

Stay clear. Cheap practices to deny customers their rights! Worst customer service. They lost my £45 printer on the way to Amazon return centre. When I made a claim (I bought £20 package insurance with them), among other stuff they asked me something nobody can provide - a letter from receiver (Amazon) mentioning they never received the parcel. Really, does Amazon have all the time in the world to send letters for items they didn't even know customers have posted back or not?? They asked for this despite knowing (1) their own tracking has been showing "on the way" status for a month, (2) the carrier's (Hermes) customer service confirmed on chat that the package seems to have lost in the sorting hub I provided all other proofs like proof of posting with Parcel2Go, of item purchase, of its value etc. But no, they wanted a letter for Amazon. All Parcel2Go does is get paid to connect customers with carriers, and sells delivery insurance, and then they deny claims by asking for almost impossible proofs.

Booked todel theough parcel2go with insurance, they damaged our parcel and refused to reimburse lost money. Generic computer responses, they don’t give a hoot about their customers

It was insured for £60 and premium paid calculated on this value We sent screenshots from Hermes and P2G! Showing parcel not delivered..not accepted!! Need email from receiver saying they have not received Months now gone by and still no decision. Lousy customer service no phone number only email And live chat sometime! Will never use again. Will go direct to courier company's then you only have one link in the chain

This Companies customer service is woeful. Parcel2Go continue to refuse to take responsibility for the theft/disposal of my parcel. If anything goes wrong your to foot the bill alone & left eating generic 'cut n paste' responses. At this time of year, their not worth the risk.

Parcel sat at Depot 24hours before being marked as “out for delivery but possible delay”, item never arrived & at 1.23pm following day “out for delivery but possible delay”. Useless tracking that means absolutely nothing, this item is less than 30 miles away at the depot & still hasn’t arrived. DO NOT USE

They collected parcels, but not customs documents they required as courier fromTNT refused to pick them up. They said parcels would not arrive to destination as it was international and I am still awaiting my refund/return of parcels. Chat person seemed to be a scam as repeating the same questions you had already answered and confusing things/contradiciting themselves. Proper scammers. Does anyone know how to claim this / complain to Authorities being an online scheme?

Useless company, aggregate all the big companies and offer you great fast deal and then they book slow services to take margin on your booking, regularly deliver late or not at all, best to look here and book directly. I booked a parcel to India, no tracking available until there was a delay, attitude from the chat person when you eventually find them and despite booking TNT no useful date or time on parcel. Waste of time and money. USELESS - DO NOT USE.

Yes Parcel2Go seemingly offer good prices, but that is at the expense of customer service, which frankly is non-existent. We have sent several packages with them and when it works, it's fine, but when there is a problem it's a nightmare. We used them to send a package via UPS, first the tracking said that it been damaged, and then disposed of. We took this up with P2G who promised like they always do to get back to us. But like always, they don't bother. We then get an email from Parcel2Go demanding an "underpayment charge". Yet, whilst running a quote for the replacement, which is exactly the same as the original, the price quoted is exactly the same as before. Their customer service team aren't interested in this and we have to fill out a form to dispute it. The sage doesn't finish here as we then find out (not informed by P2G as promised), that our "disposed of package" has now miraculously been found. Nightmare!

Utterly terrible company. Parcel was not collected as arranged, with no reason given, resulting in an issue as the item had to be delivered on time. Online chat had no means of contacting the courier, so was of no use. No option to drop the item at a local store (no reason for this given by the online advisor). Advisor then refused to pass details to make a complaint, stating that they could only pass on detail to the courier themselves. When I asked for a refund, it was a battle to get it processed. Genuinely an awful experience. Could not recommend less.

Complete waste of time. Failed collection twice! Waited in for 2 full days... 8-6pm for YODEL. And still the parcel hasn't been collected!! Was promised an upgrade by one operator then the next operator says this was not possible and I had to pay extra!!! A terrible company. Avoid like the plague!

Sent a parcel to Australia costing me £107 including insurance. Parcel was collected from my home on 11th October 2018 and was to be delivered in 10 days. Now it is 20th November 2018 and parcel is practically 'missing'. Keep being told it is awaiting recipient instructions but my sister has contacted customs in Australia and it has never arrived. No one seems to be helping from TNT Direct and you cannot contact Parcels2go. I have even phoned the TNT Hub in Liege, who were helpful but it needs to be dealt with by the depot of origin. I'm going round in circles !!!

I have given them a second chance after a very bad after sales service in April 2018 - mistake. Booked a collection which didn't turn up, paid extra for guaranteed delivery day and that won't happen now but they won't organise an overnight service to ensure it does. GO ELSEWHERE because, when things go wrong you're on your own with P2G, they're shocking.

I had been a long term and faithful customer for a long time until recent. After being unreasonably declined on a recent insurance claim I can only but state that their premiums are simply worthless. They refuse to accept fact. In this case they successfully destroyed an expensive piece of HiFi which was adequately packaged in a strong plastic box capable of taking my 16st weight. The damage was caused by inadequate handling not inadequate packaging. I accept the risk involved in sending packages with a courier and hence I have always taken the appropriate care to survive the worse under normal acceptable handling. I have always ensured the package is sufficiently covered by insurance as a just-in-case. This was proven to be a waste of my money. I am now considerably out of pocket due to lousy handling of my package and not through fault of my own. As such I feel extremely let down by P2G and I will not be using them again. I would recommend anyone else think carefully before using their services and most definitely before considering their insurance premiums. Their after sale service is very poor and they are an almost impossible company to contact and actually have any worthwhile correspondence. As such I CANNOT RECOMMEND their services in any way. I have only given one star as I am not sure you can enter a zero star rating and I will give it to them, they are cheap. But as they say, buy cheap, pay twice and on this occasion I most definitely did

Disgusting service. Take your money, delay your parcel for many weeks, eventually deliver it damaged, refuse to respond with any information, promise a refund but never pay, and refuse any compensation (except a £10 voucher for future orders), useless as I will never again use Parcel2Go. Dishonest.
