1 HOUR LOST OF MY TIME AND SERVICE NOT PROVIDED. BLAMING THE COURIER. Probably it is true,but I did not have to wait that long to find out. ALSO, NO alternative option in their service. BAD!

I was supposed to get an update about my parcel on email and I got nothing. It has been more than 2months since I handed my parcel. Upgrade in form of guaranteed delivery was purchased with service. Not only the online tracking (online update system) wasn´t working by the time but the courier didn’t bother to call to me (sender) or recipient while having both of our numbers, didn’t leave any note at the recipient address nor checked the box, where was the address written on.

!!!IMPORTANT READ!!! -----I believe that all great reviews are just scam----- Finally almost after 3 months (2days left), finally i got the claim..after loads of BS, and after loose my 4 big bags full of clothes, game console, drone, and other personal belongings. Anyway, NOT RECOMMENDED AT ALL! I requested their service from SPAIN, and to use GLS SPAIN as well, for from Spain to UK, and then to be handle by PARCEL FORCE UK...But as soon as i got another company working for GLS SPAIN (Dinamo Mensajeros) collecting my bags, i only got on Track ID, that the bags were handled by GLS...and then on arrival day, nothing has been delivered, and initially GLS said that lost 2 of my bags, and the other 2 were on the way...but NO..it was just and just BS. I started to calling them every days until they started to ignore me. Parcel2GO, started to delay every email and solution...1 month gone and nothing... At the end Parcel2Go, until to proceed for a claim, but only if i was having every single receipt. Even i paid for EXTRA INSURANCE... they were denying my emails, and requesting many times for proofs that my 4 bags were worth every penny! I send same email more than 4 times...until they were refusing my bank statement as a proof of value. After many headaches, many phone calls to GLS, Parcelforce UK, and ParcelForce declaring that my bags never been outside of Spain. I requested the escalation on this matter (Just write escalation before your P2G....), and finally has been seem by some manager, that accepted my claim. After this they proposed me the maximum value that i paid the insurance for. (This value is absolute ridiculous comparing with my bags value). I accepted to finally end this chapter, but unfortunately instead of the money on my bank account, they just allocate on their prepay account. And once again i fought to have this money on my bank account...another 2/3 weeks. In the meantime i got the transport value on my bank account, but the claim value still waiting... After many online chat, and loads of BS again and again, even they're requesting an spanish bank account to transfer my claim to my bank account...once again ridiculous and useless behavior from mostly of Parcel2Go staff. Parcel2Go is a registered UK brand with branches in Spain and Ireland, and their staff were not accepting my UK bank...and another 3 weeks off fails to end this chapter. Yesterday..yes yesterday 8th September i just had a mind-blowing idea. I founded many Parcel2Go staff through the website LinkedIn, so i contacted many of them, including the CEO - Mr. James Greenbury. Also after make a post through the LinkedIn, i has been reached by some staff including George Iveson -Operations Manager at Parcel2Go, that tried to help me with this matter. After 2-3h, i receiving a email with an proof of transfer to my bank account, and i can tell that this chapter has been finished, because i got the MONEY finally. Thank you to Chiara Pasquini, and Salman Atcha from the online chat, the best workers online. Tim or Timothy, the worst worker and the most useless staff. Thank you to George Iveson -Operations Manager. CEO - Mr. James Greenbury (james.greenbury @ gmail.com) (remove the space between) ANYWAY DON'T USE THEM!!! (I have proofs of everything that i wrote, i don't want to be reached by this company never again, but if i need to show any proofs, i will request more money than my claim!)

I was reluctant to call Parcel2Go because of the bad reviews, but it was so cheap that I decided to give them a go, and now I'm so happy I did. I sent several parcels in different days, and all of them were collected and arrived on time, I've been able to track them, and both the couriers in UK and Spain were very nice. I've made a mistake with the last parcel, and they sorted it out very quick and efficiently. I will definitely use Parcel2Go again.

Avoid this company like Covied-19. They are a disgrace!!! Horrendous experience. My parcel has been delayed in customs in Thailand for almost a month, and despite many, many e-mails and two online chats, absolutely nothing has been done to expedite my parcel. Furthermore, their corrupt website does not allow me to chat on-line because "my case is ongoing". They have offered no compensation, no refund, NOTHING!!! Avoid Parcel2Go like the plague!

Absolutely horrendous experience. Sent parcel. When I went to track it, it stated ‘not delivered, damaged parcel’. So where is my parcel now but more importantly HOW CAN I SPEAK TO A HUMAN BEING to discuss this!!

Appalling service and lied about collection attempts. I used Parcel2go to send a package sold through Shpock. They gave a collection time between 8am-8pm. At 6:30pm we received an email saying 3 unsuccessful attempts to collect while we have been patiently waiting for the collection all day. Companies lied about their activity are not to be trusted. Parcel2go is one of such companies.

Appalling service. Have “lost “ a number of high value parcels from our company and then made an offer on the value that it was insured for. Surely it’s pay up when you’ve lost it?? Useless of you’re running a business.

This is unprofessional fraud company please avoid I. Sent parcel to Pakistan worth £400 my brother hasn't received parcel and tracking showing parcel has been delivered

Refuses to pay for stolen package despite insurance A large order of sustainable home products was packaged in the UK and shipped to France using Parcel 2 GO. After the first three notifications on the tracking site, we stopped seeing any further updates. After following up with Parcel 2 Go service team it became clear that our package had been "lost" or most likely stolen. Parcel 2 Go policy clearly states that enquiries of this nature ought to be completed within 7-14 business days. Our Enquiry Case was created on 19th May 2020, it is now 31st August 2020. We insured the package under their Parcel Protection policy which clearly states that we are due to be reimbursed the total amount of GBP 480.00. Thus far Parcel 2 Go has attempted to offer us less than the total we are due. They have no legal right to deny us our full reimbursement. Parcel 2 Go's care of our package has been negligent, and their management of our claim has been neither fair, speedy nor, so far, legal. Based on this experience I recommend avoiding Parcel 2 Go for any of your shipping needs. We are three months on from submitting our claim. They are barely responding to our communication efforts, and they are still refusing to refund our stolen package despite it being fully insured. They are contra to their own policies as well as the law.

They got my money,they lost my parcel and after 2 months I opened a claim which they closed theirselves saying that they tried to return the parcel but the address was insufficient...the address they had delivered the parcel in the first place!!!! They are liars and I think this company is a fraud, Don’t use them!!!! I will try to let people know as they will lose their money

DO NOT USE PARCEL2GO! I can only reiterate the messages below. Courier lied about having picked up the parcel in the first place - tracker said picked up when it was still sitting in my hallway. Then courier said "address not found" for delivery when the address is on a main road and simple to locate on any satnav. The only way you can follow up any of this is by Parcel2Go's "chat" system. Turns out their representative in turn only has one-way email access to the courier itself. So if the courier doesn't respond to Parcel2Go, you reach a dead end. That's where I am now. My parcel had almost zero monetary value but massive sentimental value. It is literally irreplaceable. And I have no idea where it is. Once again, DO NOT USE PARCEL2Go

DO NOT USE THEM!!!!! 4 parcels lost in a week and a half. terrible customer service. It's like talking to a toddler. Save yourself a headache.
