Reluctant to give 1 star, arranged a collection for delivery via parcel force, they couldn’t give me a pick up time , not even a AM or PM Idea, I’ve been waiting in all day now , 16.20pm with 2 dogs that need a walk, dare not shower or pop out to the shops, we can send a robot to Mars , but can’t be given an idea when it will be collected , a waste of a whole day in my life that I will never get back, I now need to take my dogs out and I guess they will turn up while I’m out , ridiculous, think twice about using this service ,I would NOT recommend using this service

Horrible! I sent two packages to Germany, they arrived within 4 days I was so pleasantly surprised. An hour later I check tracking to find that the packages were not delivered due to an address error. I confirmed the address with both recepients who confirmed the addresses were correct, but they advised I change the surnames in case those are causing a problem. I contacted the team through live chat, asked to change the surnames of both packages. I was told that it's not an issue and within minutes they confirmed that it was complete. I received an email confirming that their operations center was contacted in regards to one of the packages. I felt uneasy about not receiving confirmation for the other package do I contacted again. As I feared, the other package name was not changed. So the new operator updated this for me and I received another confirmation email, stating that I will be contacted with further details soon. The next morning I wake up to a distraught text from one of the recepients who had checked the tracking only to find that the parcel was being 'rtn to sender'. Despite the fact that their previous email had stated that they would update me via email on any updates, I received nothing from them. I found out through the recepient. I checked the other parcel, same message 'rtn to sender'. They had my phone number and my email. They could've contacted me, but they did nothing at all. They should have kept the package on site for 10 days and attempted redelivery 3 times. They did neither of these things. Despite contacting them only a couple of hours after discovering the address issue, they decided that I wasn't worthy enough to be granted with their '3 redelivery attempts and 10 day waiting regulations'. They went against their own regulations and decided to send my packages back. I contacted them again. Fortunately, they managed to stop one package and it went to have it's address changed, supposedly. As a precaution I set it to deliver to the nearest parcel shop too. The package spent over 24 hours at the operation center, undergoing a name change. It was delivered to the parcel shop and imagine my surprise when the recepient arrives to collect it, sends me a photo and the name hadn't been changed! They simply stuck a sticker with the original name, beside the previous sticker! Good thing I had set the parcel to be delivered to the parcel shop. The second I realised that despite undergoing a name change for over 24 hours, the name hadn't been changed, I decided to set the other package to deliver to the parcel shop too. This parcel had only just arrived in the operations center for a name change that same morning. Unfortunately, this parcel, only spent a couple of hours in the operations center and was then sent back to me regardless of the fact that I had told them multiple times to not do this! I didn't even get the chance to set it to be delivered to the nearest parcel shop. Overall communication was terrible! Since they have no telephone or email, I was told to wait for a call. I informed them that I do not have the time to wait for a call, thus, I was assured it would take no longer than 2 hours. I waited, and waited. And eventually, almost 3 hours later, I reviewed a call. While I was in the bathroom. Private number, I couldn't ring back. Fortunately, they had enough brain to contact me via email. We went back and forth for a bit, then another person took over, I emailed him, he ignored me, he emailed me back the next day, stating things I already emailed him with previously, confirming. I emailed him again, literally repeating that same email. The next day I receive a 'case closed' email. 2 of my emails had been completely ignored and they deemed the case closed. Despite the fact that I was supposed to now wait 6-8 weeks for my package to return and I received no answers to anything that I had asked. I contacted them again, asking to speak to management because I was now having to send out another package. The inside contents had been personalised with names, so I had ultimately just lost £30 because even if that package returns, I won't be able to sell it onto another customer. I was told that management are not online. When I said that I would like their email and contact details, I was told that I couldn't get these. The only thing they can do is 'request the package be delivered to you ASAP.' what will that do? This company has already provided me with so many empty promises of 'requests', that I no longer trust them to go through with anything. When I asked for a refund, I was told that I need to wait just like all their other customers, for my package to arrive, before I can claim a refund. So I'm supposed to sit around for up to 8 weeks, possibly longer?! The chat ended. Absolute lack of professionalism. Not worth the hassle.

The seller and myself gave all the correct information after an address issue. After several discussions, they keep asking me to contact the seller. They is no further info to give to justify Parcel2go holding my parcel. It's been more than two weeks and they are still holding it without giving any update. I never seen such incompetence.

This is a Fraud company with self regulated insurance and with no guaranteed delivery of items. I think if you send valuable items and irrespective of how much the items are insured, they will lose the parcels. As the insurance is self-regulated, we can't satisfy their claims dept and it is impossible to either get the item or get the insured sum amount.

Awful service. Sent a parcel on August 28th, picked this company because promp service was guaranteed. Over a week later later, no t delivered, contacted parcel2go on numerous occasions. Was told they would investigate with the courier. After another week I was told parcel was missing, another week later got an email saying that parcel was found. A week later the parcel was delivered back to me. I again contacted parcel2go and was told I wasn't entitled to refund!!! An absolute joke, I paid 32 euro for a service that I didn't receive. I will never use parcel2go again and I will tell anyone that is thinking of using this company to go else where. Atrocious customer service.

Awful service. I supposed to receive my parcel in 5-7 days. My parcel went lost. No human to contact or talk for help. The automatic service leads to nothing. After few days I claimed my parcel was lost, none contacted me yet. I am fuming as can’t contact anyone to get answers. Never again!!

Tried to drop parcel off in lockers three times over two days and lockers continually full. Tried dropping off in shop but told I could not do this. Customer Service abysmal unable to assist in any way, could not tell me when lockers would be emptied, seemed to imply it could be up to 48 hours. Having paid for two day delivery this was never going to happen, they are taking money and failing to deliver any service. AVOID

They lost my package and even if i paid an insurance tax they did not payed me back. I lost a lot of personal and valuable belongings and all they could give me back was the money payed for delivery. I would not recommend, i’m sure there are better companies that can do their work right! If you want to purchase their services please reconsider and don’t make my mistake.

Impossible to contact by phone or chat. I ordered a Collect+ delivery via Parcel2Go and took it to Tesco, who scanned the barcode on my phone. So far so good. But then the store assistant proceed to try and stick a "label" that was just like a paper till receipt, ie. not sticky and very flimsy, to the parcel, securing only the ends with bits of yellow tape. I said that this must be wrong: labels should be sticky and that that one would come off at the slightest touch. She insisted it was normal and ok, and her colleagues agreed. I said this was unacceptable, then another colleague said he would put tranparent tape over the label, which I accepted. He said something about cutting back on resources. I find it hard to believe that Tesco don't have proper label printers. I don't know if this is a Tesco issue or a P2G issue.

Awful service, parcel arrived late, and damaged. Parcel2go would not cover damage even though I paid for cover, and the item was not an excluded item. VERY bad customer service. Lost £200 because of this company.

Booked with this company to return a chair. Hermes was the courier. Didn't arrive on Saturday when it was booked for, told me it would get uplifted on Monday, which it wasn't, then it would be uplifted on Tuesday, which it wasn't, then I was told they would rebook it to be uplifted Thursday by 8pm. By 6pm I got an email to say it wouldn't be getting uplifted. Did I want to book it again? Definitely no. Disgraceful attitude for Parcels2go and Hermes. They both hide by not providing contact details. Do not use either of these companies.
