My parcel was lost / stolen but it’s okay it’s obviously by fault because I trusted them to deliver my parcel without taking extra insurance out to cover their bad practices . Tried to contact CEO but to no avail . I wouldn’t advise anyone to use this company. Big profits little customer support .

Item picked up by collect plus(yodel), Then given to 3rd party courier who takes to wrong address ,now turns out Have lost parcel,carnt ring parcel 2go, Yodel contact center is in South Africa Who are totally useless they can only e mail back to uk,LIFE LESSON PAY EXTRA TAKE TO POST OFFICE AVOID YODEL /PARCELS TO GO.

We placed an order with P2G to ship a parcel containing customs permitted goods UK to Australia, the documentation required to import this parcel was not furnished to customs by P2G even though this could have been done in retrospect - the parcel was duly returned to us in UK, it all took around 7 weeks. During this time P2G demonstrated their inability to manage their suppliers and feed back to customers resulting in a very frustrating and stressful experience. Their platform obviously doesn't function.

the parcel was dropped in the shop and never moved from there. after 2 weeks I open the case and they took 4 weeks to tell me that it was lost. end of story! terrible service....zero responsibility for losing my parcel

Avoid this company at any cost,is scam ,is not guaranteed 100% that they will give you the service ,is what the castumer service tell me after I have been stuck in the house for 2 days waiting,castumer service doesn't exist they are rude,spend your money directly from the main dealers.

I've sent a item to Brazil but they can't get the custom bills from couriers , item got a 200 pound charge -courier asked money w/o showing proof they payed customs or explain charges (100 pound value item) and they refused to help even after 25 days. They act as a courier service, but they just pass the item and wont help if any issues They only have live chat that copies and pastes their TOS. Feels very fraudulent , can't believe they allowed to operate in UK .

I have a package coming from out of state that's supposed to arrive today. They literally just sent me a text say that my package is in Dallas and is on hold until I pay 525 dollars for 3 stamps in order for it to make it to my location. THIS IS A SCAM DO NOT USE THESE GUYS

Worst experience ever. Lost my parcel 2 months ago, they keep asking for other documents, and no solution. I waisted my time, money and patience. Avoid totally this scam company.

Awful. Booked a 1-2 day service. Was advised collection 14/11 (Sat). Item was collected by Nightline 16/11, who advised me that they don't do Sat collection. So Parcel2Go just don't bother to check 3rd party terms and wasted my whole Saturday awaiting collection that was never possible! I'm chatting to "Maria Ro" now via their live chat and the incompetence is astounding. I have asked several times for detail to submit a complaint and she cannot provide. AVOID AT ALL COSTS

Shocking that this company is allowed to operate. No parcel received, no explanation why, no interest in doing anything. DO NOT USE. They will take your money and your parcel and there's nothing you can do about it. I expect their staff are so badly paid they have to steal the parcels to eat.

Absolutely appalled, every parcel i have ordered through this company in the last month, has failed to be collected, resulting in me contacting them numerous times to put it right, they never apologise or admit the fact they have a rubbish system that takes the money and gives false ''order within**hours for collection tomorrow'' deadlines. An important parcel had to be collected today, and dx never showed up, contacted parcel2go, as i took a full day off work unpaid, so this collection could happen. No apology, i wanted to cancel so i could use a more reliable agent to book through, but ''ALEX'' decided to re-book the collection without my consent or request, meaning i now have to have another unpaid day off work tomorrow. I asked several times when the re-collection date was, and was ignored. I asked for the address/email so i can send a formal complaint, also ignored. Only way i found out the collection was re-booked for tomorrow was getting an email from them. Absolutely disgraceful service, AVOID, AVOID, AVOID !!!!

Many devices and belongings have been stolen,the expensive things up to £600.boxes re-pack with plastic film as it was and I realised the robbery too late for claim.via chat I have been jumping from one operator to another until the chat expired 2 times and start again with all the process. Shame on you parcel2go and palletways.

If I could give zero stars I would. They do not care at all about customer service. I had problems with delivery, they did nothing to help. I had paid extra for refund if parcel didn't arrive on time, I was told incorrect amount and only received half of expected money back. This is completely lost on them, all I am offered is a goodwill gesture of a prepay amount which is fine if you have another parcel to send or likely will in the future but I don't so this is completely useless to me and again, this has been lost on them.

I cancelled my postage a few minutes after I ordered and paid for it when I noticed an error I had made. I never received the refund!

3 collection days booked. Didn't turn up. Virtual chat online was useless and you end up going round in circles. Absolutely diabolical! Please be warned and do not and I mean do NOT use.

The courier that I booked through Parcel2go failed on two occasions to collect a parcel, delaying collection by 7 days. I cancelled and opted for a competitor. Would not recommend using this company.

Due to their error and not sending a customs label the parcel cannot be delivered and is where no one knows? therefore I have lost money but they will not apologise or accept responsibility. They will not refund postage even though I paid more incase parcel did not arrive to be covered. They just say it is out of their hands. It feels like they have stolen from me and reading other people's reviews online I am not the only one. I hope someone takes them to a small claims court.

DO NOT USE - I used them to deliver a parcel, paid for extra insurance. They said the parcel was delivered but it wasn't, it was delivered the next day but damaged. Even though I paid for extra protection to cover the cost of the items they won't pay out as for pictures they only cover for non delivery not damage so obviously they know they can't trust their couriers not to damage items. They said they would refund the amount I paid to them but they have only refunded some of it. Will never use them again and wish I had checked the reviews first.
