Paid extra for the 'DELIVERY GUARANTEED' Option (about £14 extra on top of a £150 bill)...It wasn't delivered in time. Went onto the live help chat. Then told that no they would not refund it 'UNTIL THE PARCEL HAS BEEN DELIVERED' When I pointed out that there was no reason to wait for that (Because they had already missed the delivery date they promised) they just said 'This is company policy and you need to wait until its been delivered'. So basically, they are charging this extra fee and then when it comes to customers asking for their refund, they try everything they can to put you off. Will be informing trading standards and leaving reviews on multiple sites to warn people not to pay the extra fee as its a complete rip off and false advertising.

Yet another missing parcel to add to the list. Can’t get anywhere on their site. Hermes, who collected parcel won’t help. Very disappointed grandchildren no Easter eggs this year from Granny

Incompetent service, they lost my parcel, I had to manage alone to find it and no refund of delivery whereas I had subscribed to the guarantee! Thieves!!!

Lost the parcel, no way to contact company at all. Probably OK if you want to lose evidence or something.

No attempt made to deliver parcel & was told it was lost. After complaining it was returned to me 3 weeks later. So I paid for a parcel to take a tour of the Midlands.

Never EVER order off this company. I sent a case from the UK to Brazil on 07-02. Today is the 05-04 and the case is yet to arrive. After trying to contact parcel2go about the circumstances of my case, they were unable to provide answers to where my case was, as well as provide any information about how to pay the customs charge. They provided me with 4 incorrect numbers for the Brazilian Sao Paulo customs team, including one which was a US visa company and they claimed this would provide me with the answer to my issues. One Parcel2Go employee was shocked to hear they still shipped to Brazil due to the numerous problems they have had with Brazil in the past. There is no contact number for Parcel2Go, and every email/live chat conversation I had was met with an automated/copy and pasted reply which had no relevance to my issue. I have had to reach out to Brazilian friends to find out how I can sort out this situation as now, the customs team are trying to charge me £500 as import tax, but this amount has been incorrectly charged. Save yourself the torture of ordering off this company. It is super unprofessional, unorganised and an embarrassment of a business.

5 days in a row the collection didn't turn up, three times I was told 'no reason given' and twice I was told the collection was attempted at 14:42 and 16:13, both times I was sat waiting by the door as the parcel was very important. Contacted various customer service representatives throughout the affair, some were diplomatic and sympathetic if not helpful (Karol, Samantha, Dan) but Bhavika Joshi was appalling... short, rude and refused to offer any recompense or rebooking. From past dealings I also suspect this is a scam regarding valuable items and likely in cahoots with one or two of the cheapest courier options, I'd be suspicious of the ones that have exclusive promotional deals with parcel2stay.

Paid for same day delivery, was given a 3 hour window for the parcel to be picked up. The courier never came to pick up the parcel, had to ring them and ask when the courier would arrive. Eventually, managed to get a confirmation that the courier would not come to collect the parcel and they would refund what we paid. Obviously, when we paid for the same day delivery it meant it was urgent.. useless

I have used these 3 times now and three times they do not deliver on time, the first two was Australia and New Zealand , so gave benefit there and thought posting from Yorkshire to Milton Keynes would be ok, I paid for it to be delivered by 29/03/18. Today is 31/03/18; it’s in depot at Milton Keynes, so spoilt a birthday surprise. Thanks for that, price is good, but if parcels don’t get delivered it’s not worth it really, I will never use them again and I do not recommend.

Out of 9 packages they have lost three. So not impressed. 2 domestic, one international. Very slow investigations and they don’t get back to you unless you chase. AVOID!

Be very careful, you say no to the VERY expensive insurance and when you click on accept terms and conditions a pop up appears with the terms and conditions on but also a line saying protect my parcel, you click on the same coloured orange bar as terms and conditions and it accepts insurance! I didn't realise until I got my bank statement, I had been charged 7 times what I was expecting!!!!!!!!

So angry and disappointed. A parcel was paid for and booked for collection on Mon 26th March AND NO ONE TURNED UP. There was only a "chat line" I could assess and the only thing they could do was to re-book it (after feeble excuses.) So, again, collection was arranged for today Wednesday 28th and guess what................STILL NOTHING. It was suggested that I, a woman of 68 years of age, take a 20 kilo box to the nearest drop off point. Such a shambles of a company. I was supposed to be spending time at Easter with my family and everything had to be cancelled. It will be interesting to see if I even get a reply to this.

Courier let himself into the garden through side gate and dumped my new office chair into the mud. Shame I didn't take photo. headrest broken and gone as well as castor wheels (all 5). The funny thing is that I purchased protection cover. reply for my claim was 'parcel was not sufficiently secured'. Whoever thinks of using this guys to send parcel worth more than a pound make sure you secure it with steel - courier proof box as hey don't care about what they throw into their vans. Protection cover is a joke. I spent £34 for this transaction and they offered me £23 back so I can buy myself half a headrest. Chair worth appx £250 used, new £550.
