Useless, damaged and destroyed £160 worth of parcels in a day. Even though insured i only received £9 in compensation. Live chat is useless as its just copy and paste from their policy book. Wont be using again.

Time was when this used to be quite a good service but they have quietly reduced their customer support, the link to the chatbot is now very hard to find and they give themselves the right to not give a refund if you wait more than 4 weeks with applying for one.

They did not deliver my order on time that caused a lot of troubles. When I tried to contact them - we spent hours on the phone and messenger... with no results. Very bad customer service! The order arrived 1 day later - I was told that it was delayed 1 business day, but no explanation why!

Absolutely terrible terrible terrible service. They didnt collect our parcel. They charged us immediately and had us waiting 3 days which was unacceptable. You can only chat with them via "live chat" which is ridiculous! On the 3rd day of non collection they then tried to push us out till Monday (that would have been 6 days wait).... I simply cannot deal with a company that is as unreliable as Parcel2Go. They have agreed a refund.

Having paid for a parcel to be delivered, it was held in transit after being picked up and eventually returned over a week later with no real reason for doing so. It was also damaged when arriving at my home address. Having complained to parcel2go, all I got were feeble excuses and they were obviously not interested in my concerns. They have no interest in customer care whatsoever. As a result of this, I now have to pay to have it re-delivered by a reliable courier service - if there are any, that is!

You pay for what you get in this life, its cheap and most parcels get delivered but if any dont you may aswell right your money and package off

I wasted another hour of my life and did not learn anything. This is the most unprofessional company I've ever dealt with !! They lost my parcel - I paid for tracking , lost warranty etc - it's been over a month now and nobody knows where my package is even able to say where it is! - DO NOT USE THEM NEVER EVER !!! Deliver To Amazon Fulfillment service - Returns Department 1850 Mercer Rd, Lexington, 40511 Service: USPS via OCS - Drop Off Delivery: 5-8 working days -JOKE !!!!! Thieves and crooks

Shocking company!! COWBOYS AND LIARS!!! Shocking company!!! AVOID AT ALL COSTS!!! I used this company to send a dinner set to the USA. What a bad decision that was. I paid £76 for postage and was told that my parcel was insured over the phone. I sent my parcel and 2 weeks later it had still not been delivered. When I finally got through to customer service I was told that my parcel was lost which I was then told I would be compensated for. (Parcel value £150) I was then told to give them 3-5 working days on 3 separate occasions to see if they could find it. 15 days later I was told that my parcel is now not lost but damaged which means they didn't have to refund me. They sent me pics of my dinner set smashed to pieces and told me it's been disposed of and thats that. They give me my postage back and told me that's all they can do. It's complete NEGLIGENCE and they have a DUTY OF CARE but I was basically told there was nothing I could do. I am now at the early stages of the small claims court procedure and I'm going to show this company that you cannot treat customers like this. They are cowboys and I'm going to expose my case on social media and if it stops this happening to a hand full of customers in the future then my efforts will be worth it. Watch this space and avoid at all costs. Throughout this whole terrible experience the staff all told me different stories about what was happening to my parcel and the truth was it didn't even leave the uk depo and was smashed to pieces to avoid paying me out. If you look online at parcel2go complaints via google there are so many similar cases to mine and this HAS TO STOP!!! Watch this space!!!!!!! see photos what they sent me showing my parcel smashed to pieces!!!!

Paid for ParcelForce next day 12pm delivery and it did not happen. ParcelForce were willing to refund me but ParcelForce would not. They just state that no delivery is guaranteed!!!! Well not according to ParcelForce's website which is why they want to refund my postage in full. Parcel2Go clearly want extra money each time for optional extras despite that service not being within their control. No doubt they are going to claim for my postage failure with ParcelForce and keep this for themselves! Scam company. ParcelForce want to refund me but Parcel2Go state otherwise! Avoid and use an alternative company.

Parcel sent to relative in Finland (subcontractor = parcelforce): 1. Tracking shows no delivery attempt made. 2. Instead tracking shows that status went straight to "addressee" advised to collect from local parcelshop". 3. Addressee did not receive note, email or text saying which local parcelshop. 4. Parcelforce will not tell me the address of parcelshop because I am not their customer. I have to ask parcel2go to ask them. They will then tell parcel2go who will then tell me. 5. Parcel2go unable to give address of parcelshop. Say they will ask parcelforce for address of parcelshop but may take 1-2 days to get reply. 6. Three days later and parcel2go still have no clue where the parcel is and can provide no evidence that a delivery was ever attempted or that the addressee was told (by note, email or text) where the parcelshop is. Parcel2go may be fine when things work without a hitch but when there are problems - trying to sort it out third hand through parcel2go is always likely to be trouble. Their contract makes it clear that they are the "delivery company" and that as a customer the delivery agreement is with them - but they are then completely unable to provide the level of service required when things go wrong and actively prevent customers going straight to the real delivery company and finding out what is really going on.

My parcel never reached it's destination and has been sent back (it was 40km away from it's destination). As it came back there were two items missing and all other items were covered in a powdery substance. Now that I claimed they're not helping and keep rejecting my proofs even though I uploaded the documents they asked for. No phone number given so I could talk to someone about my problem and the customer service isn't very helpful either. They take ages to answer and then just keep apologising for the inconvenience. Never using their service again. totally disappointed.

Worst service I have ever received. Do not use this company despite how professional and cheap it appears. They are happy to forge fake signatures, ask for copies of passports and credit cards and refuse to deal with people via the phone. They lost 2 packages full of Christmas presents and the matter is still not resolved 4 months on.

I sent a parcel to a friend in Poland 5th Feb . The tracker showed it was in transit every day so I chased it with P2G on 12th. They told me they would enquire but nothing from them (P2G). I went on to chase almost daily. Yesterday 9th March, they told me the parcel is being returned. It's FIVE weeks and still no parcel at sender or recipient! Meanwhile we have sent another parcel to the same address using Royal Mail. It was delivered in 7 days.

I was shipped a Christmas present on 12/12/17 WHICH HAS NOT ARRIVED (by Mar 9th). I will give the tracking number P2G46797474 to reveal the unhappy customer to Parcel2Go, but doubt they are interested. Additionally they have not helped in finding the parcel, they have not honored the insurance claim, they have not refunded the shipping cost. If their web site had provided any easy contact information to give them this feedback direct, I would have done. In the absence of any, I will use the web feedback sites and social media to warn as many people as possible of our bad experience. Interestingly the reviews.co.uk site shows the majority of Parcel2Go feedback is a one star score!

The package to Australia was delivered on time and on the date stated. Initially it was not collected from me as promised but, with the assistance of Violet from the Help Centre, I reprinted the label and handed it into my local shop. I followed the progress with the tracker right to delivery Very pleased with the service

Poor international delivery service. After weeks I got my item returned back to me. When contacted customer service told me that it contained prohibited item. It had Amazon USA return and had not even had batteries. They could not give any reasonable explanation rather asked me to pay 9 pounds more.
