“This is the first time i have used this company and i have to say i was very pleased. The parcel i sent to Holland got picked up early on the pick up date and delivered a couple of days later. The price was very good too. The communication i have had after the parcel delivery has been excellent. The customer service rep Peter Chandler has been very good. I hope to use this company again in the future. Well done. Keep up the good work.”

“I was a little skeptical after getting a price quote for shipping 4 boxes to the USA from parcelforce at the post office and then getting a quote from P2G using the same parcelforce service for almost half the price!!! I dropped the boxes off at my local post office, everything else was done online, no fuss minimal forms. Parcels arrived on the west coast USA 5 days later amazing. My initial dealings with Peter C were easy and efficient. Why would you use anyone else for shipping. Thankyou P2G”

“Chatted with Lilian today, And she couldn't have been more helpful, I was extremely stressed when I contacted her, as I couldn't print my parcel label or access Live chat initially, Had to reload a different web browser But after a few minutes, chatting to her everything was sorted and a new date arranged with all my questions answered and my stress levels back to normal.”

“Have used parcel2go a number of times. They are cheaper than the post office and reliable. I sent a parcel with Yodel which Yodel lost, but parcel2go reimbursed me my money in full. 2 weeks later my parcel was found and returned. Overall would say very good.”
