“I had an Issue with printing off the labels for my parcel, so I was put through to Nicola on the Live Chat. She was very quick and efficient with getting the problem solved, and I am very pleased with the service. I would now definitely come back and use it again.”

“Nicola was very helpful, clear and courteous. We have had almost spotless service from Parcel2Go for many years, delivering boxes nationally and internationally to Europe. Today, bar very minor issues with altering an address on a label (she kept getting it slightly wrong but this may have been miscommunication on my part), the service was good as usual.”
