“Thank you so much for your help Nicola,had a problem but i must also add it was no fault of the company the problem was of my own making,but contacted live chat and spoke to Nicola who was very knowledgeable and sorted the matter out or me in a matter off minutes,she is a credit to your company,thank you once again Nicola”

“First time I've had to use the on-line help chat, due to this being my only problem I've experienced with Parcel2Go."Nicola" was most helpful, friendly and very kind in assisting me with my issue and the problem was quickly resolved within 5 minutes. Will definitely use the on-line help service again as now my Monday morning stress has quickly been resolved. Fab job done "Nicola" (from a fellow Nicola)”

“Reading other reviews show that Parcels2 go are quick to sort out problems - we didn't need any of that service. We ordered the service late on Wednesday evening, they collected our Passat clutch kit from Bradford on Thursday and delivered to us in South West France early Wednesday. Easy to use, efficient, problem free and a very cheap service.”
